@JLDA2K6 5.7 L Hemi? I hope you're joking. That wouldn't even move an empty semi. This truck has a 525 hp 14 L inline 6 cylinder Cummins engine with 1850 lb-ft of torque. Some semis have up to 18 L engines and can pull over 2 million pounds although they never do so for safety reasons and because the roads would be destroyed.

They aren't hand built anymore. Haven't been for several years. When Freightliner bought them they moved them to Oregon and put them on an assembly line. That's when a lot of their quality issues come about. They have gotten better recently though. But now Freightliner is moving production of them to Mexico. That is terribly sad. But yes they were hand built in Kelowna BC. And they are the biggest, heaviest and strongest trucks on the highway.
