I gotta say that doesnt look anything like kelly hu. Its a good drawing, but if you were aiming for kelly hu...you missed. I think you focus more on the shading, proportions, and getting a accurate picture then on her features.

nothing impressive. you drew a picture of someone looking at herself in the mirror. and every feature is also linearly perpendicular, that's easy.
