@PingKarsten it was never cancelled it just had only 26 episodes ^_^ if you love them you should also play games with sam and max :hit the road/season 1/season 2/ season 3 ^_^ the humour in games is a bit more ... grown up (like jokes about gays, politics, triangles with ailiens)^_^ there is also comic i am hoping to get soon ^_^

Who the heck ever had the idea of adding her should be hurt, badly, it made the cartoon so much worse, she's just plain unlikable and has nothing with the real Sam and Max to do.

She was unlikable ( read : bitchy ) and had nothing to do with the Sam and Max franchise. There was absolutely no point to bring her into the plot, and definitely not as a sidekick! She was a weak generic character that gave nothing new to the franchise. The point of S and M was that they did their stuff with everyday objects, without help. Now, suddenly, they needed hightech help to get anything done. Read up on it, and you'll see most fans was pissed as hell due to that ;)

Don't get me wrong, the show was still great fun, but aimed at the wrong audience ( seriously, not that many kids at that age played Sam and Max ... it was an adult oriented franchise ).

She just didn't fit and ... I don't see the point of having her there, which is probably why she wasn't even mentioned in most of the episodes.

Also, the game was based on the comics before that.

A little late to respond perhaps, but for God's sake, don't get the Wii-version if you got a PC. The Wii can't even go HD, with correct tweaking it looks SO much better on the PC, despite it's simplistic graphics.

At first, I thought that this show was annoying due to a poor casting of talented voice actors, but they more than make up for a few dumb sounding lines here and there with brilliant writing. I just hope to god they gave this a higher tv rating then Y-7.
