  • you try to hard to be like tiger you fag plus you copied the wrong swing its flawed you should of copied his swing from 2000 and 2001 NICE JOB idiot,

  • @helenathena Lets see your perfect swing then. WHy are you so mean to him for no reason.

  • smooth rhythm and great balance

  • Swing looks exactly like Shingo Katayama!

  • Too stiff and a bit too close to the ball...are you trying to fade the ball here?

  • swing looks good. my tip...fire your camera man. FOCUS

  • Nice swing, like many of these people I saw a lot of Tiger in what you're doing. Like Tiger the best step is competition. Improvements to your swing will be found in the heat of battle. Any more technical probing will only detour that. Go play, go win, your swing will be at its best then.

  • wow, that is not bad..but hey, dont be afraid to let one fire!

  • hey jus like tiger

  • tiger woods

  • You are a little "cramped". This is when you stand to close to the ball and you are forced to "come over the top". This is a major problem with most amateur golfers these days. Do you play a draw usually or a fade because i might be able to gelp you.

  • you might want to look at your swing plane because you start out far out and come in tight, as the guy below me said, you are a little cramped

  • Mabey just a little cramped at impact make sure hands come through the ball quite easily

  • just like tigers!

  • give up

  • Forget the swing! What was the ball doing? , if it was going where u wanted it was a good shot! Dont get bogged down in swing mechanics, spend more time on your short game!

  • Exactly. Never ever ever think about your swing, feel your swing, and work on your short game so when you get to the green you don't lose it all.

  • good swing, but you seem to be abit trapped at impact, very tiger 1997

  • You get through the ball quite well but your initial setup position has a flaw that will lead to pulled shots or weak fades. When you setup you will see that your right arm is a lot higher than your left. If you were to place a club across your arms at the the elbows you will find that your arms are aiming a long way left. Because your arms essentially drag the golf club, no matter how good your hand eye co-ordination and path is - sometimes you will pull across the ball leading to pull hooks

  • niice !!!

  • your arm are blocked

  • looks pretty good

  • looks good but ur shoulders r just a tad open at ur address which could create that push draw you hit...ur obviously turning the ball over well...keep up the good work

  • You've got a good swing. Half these people don't know jack.

  • u take the club too flat on the way back

  • It kind of looks like an early tiger woods or at leats the finish. If someone doesn't believe me they could suck a chode in the party zone.

  • u think ur hot shit, but only bobby jones was.

  • you needa pick the club up with your shoulders more i reckon, your just a lil writsy on the way back, and on the way down your a little too quick, as well as that i reckon your alignment needs a little fix, but its quite a good golf swing

  • Ye i got some advice, quit, (Nah, just joking) not good tempo, you accelerate too much in your follow through, nice finish position though, i think you take it a bit on the inside though, so a bit beschy but apart from these small things it looks good.

  • Nice swing Have a look a mine as I had a look

at yours and leave a comment as you know wat you talking about!See wat you think

  • You need more hip turn before impact. Your right knee and hip don't get into good impact position until well after the ball is gone. Keep your hips turning ahead of your shoulders until your belt buckle is pointed at the target. Good swing overall, but could find more power and consistency with more hip turn.

  • you have no clue what you are talking about. his hip turn is fine. that is definately not the problem. try to get better tempo in your swing. it should be a smooth motion all the way through. good swing though! =)

  • Dude your swing looks very nice..set up, posture, balance, tempo, follow thru all look solid...looks like ur swinging with effortless power...dont pay much mind to people talking negative about ur swing....ur very solid...good luck with your golf if ur playing for school or want to...

  • I have a tip for you Zoom in the camera.

  • your not going 2 make it pro so quit "NOW!"

  • ...ok

  • that is delaveaga.

do you play high school golf?

i play for santa cruz high, my name is sean linkletter

  • Looks pretty good.

Looks like your shoulders a bit far forward. I should be able to draw a line from the back of your shoulder socket through your kneecaps and through the joint of your big toe. Balance.

You need a perfect start position to make a perfect swing. If the machine is out of position; extra moves, compensations need be made.

  • here is my tip quit golf

  • you seem pretty close to the ball but nice lookin swing fer sure.

  • You should try taking about six inches off the length of your clubs. It won't help your swing but they will fit in the dustbin.

  • pretty decent mate, check ouut myn, i dont want tigers swing, but its slightly similar people say.

  • v.nice u obviously styled you swing on tigers.looks nice, maybe look at a wider take away and start gettin some huge power in your shots.

  • you already have an excellent swing and tempo...you only need to stay faithful in your golf and practice...in golf it takes time before something great happen..keep your swing..may be you want to try hitting down at the ball...and concentrate less on completing the follow through...it will help strengthen your ball striking skill...and about short iron..your level of confidence in the action is the most important factor...to getting the result you want...

  • Try swinging at 75% on all your shots, you will find your balance and power will improve greatly, also when you take your swing to the course just remember how well you were hitting the ball on the range and always stay in the present when competing, dont think of the outcome or past shots, just focus on the shot your hitting "right now", the results will take care of themselves. Good luck, nice swing mate !

  • Please look at my swing and please help me.

  • Excellant golf swing very much like tiger your hands might be a little close to your body might make it difficult for your wrists too release.

  • thanks jack

  • very nice! lovely rhythm great balance just be aware of your alignment club on the floor helps-good luck.

  • i am 15 i play off 1 your swing looks like jim furyk

  • maybe the follow through but he doesn't have as big of a loop as jim

  • it looks nothin like jim furyk u stupid cunt get a life u fagget

  • does it fuk

  • extension after impact increases accuracy

  • It is a good swing but in my eyes you lack in swing speed. Im not saying you shouls swing your hands mindlessly but try and pace up your shoulder turn.

  • it is very simular tiger woods golfswing in the end of the swing, me personally that have 6 in hcp thinks ur swing is perfect

  • I don't know how much longer you will be able to hold ur finish with that bent back but I'm guessing you lack some power...if ur not a good way to add more is to try and get some lag from the transition from the backswing to the downswing...let the club fall in and start the downswing with the lower body.

  • really good swing

  • well the only problem about my swing is that i take my head around with my shoulders, i let my left foot off they ground in the backswing and i come around way too fast than you should. but hey, it works for me.

  • good swing but one small thing that can help u get more power is if your elbows are parallel at top of swing. Pause video at top and u see that your left elbow is higher.

  • it kinda looks like your trying too hard to imitate tiger's swing....you did a good imitation but you need to have your own swing(unless that feels 100% normal to you and if so don't change it) in order to be comfortable

  • wish my swing was like that

  • I like you swing, just keep at it

  • morris is dumb..ur swing looks pretty good.

  • To me it looks that your weight is on your heels. Not on all swings perhaps but atleast one some. Watch this video, awfully basic but yet soo good. Search for golf on videojug.

  • (scratch handicap) your coming out of your swing path. come round your body more and turn your shoulders more but with your belly button looking at the ground. you look prity good through the ball though!!!

  • in my humble opinion (5 handicap) i really think you should try to keep your head steady, you balance it too much. even though tiger does it as well i think it requires a lot of syncrho... tiger has it as he hits 1000 balls a day. i guess you dont. but hey your bucket was huge!!!

  • buy a swing glove. It brought me from a 8 to a 2 in a couple of rounds.

  • your brutal, quit golf and take up cricket

  • I agree with Squint you seem to be doing gr8 u have git a rythem and bye the looks of it ur hitting them straight

  • (4 handicapper) yor swing is very similar to mine and what i find is sometimes i block it off to the right, to sort this i put the ball further forward in my stance i also make sure i pop the left knee back at impact so i dont fire my body through to early. hopefully this helps

  • It's impossible to tell you anything to work on without seeing the ball flight or knowing what your tendencies are. However, I think you have a nice looking swing. I mean, if nobody knew who Jim Furyk was and he posted a video like this...his swing would get raped. You have great posture at address, good rhythm, good plane. That's all I can tell you. Keep it up. You have a solid swing.

  • move the ball up in your stance. witth it being in the middle your club face has not got all the way square agian its still a tad open

  • he's not standing too close to the ball

  • use a tripod and take the picture during the day

  • I have two things that will help you surely that you should work on first. 1, you are standing too close to the ball, because of the weight of the club, your arm will definitly, without-a-doubt extend and hit the ball solid. 2, because you are not taking the club back parallel at the top (at the top of your swing your club should be parallel to the ground), you are losing distance. To fix this, make more of a shoulder turn, by extending your hands all the way out at the halfway of your swing.

  • You've got yourself a fine swing. I wouldn't recommend taking tips from guys who probably shoot much higher scores than yourself.

If your gonna make adjustments, go find a certified pro that you trust.

No offense to these guys, but they are just giving you tips that helped them, but will probably do the opposite for you.

  • swing looks pretty good, maybe a little flat at the ball and when you go through impact and through the ball you dip kinda like paula creamer or natalie gulbis, that might produce a hook. and one more question, was that at coyote creek or coquitlam eaqlequest because i think it is

  • no..delaveaga

  • Good swing. Your takeaway looks fine to me and you seem to have good rhythm so an intentional pause would probably just screw with your head. Don't change a thing.

  • You a bit inside on the take away, plus you need a bit more of a pause on your backswing when you get to the top.

  • try to keep your right heel down through the shot...

  • It might be the camera angle but it looks like you take it way inside.

  • yeah ur swings pretty good, but u look 2 tense over the ball and through the shot, ur club face looked to be closed on the way back and to the inside. ur hands also get very close to ur body at impact. but u have a good swing, it just needs fine tuning.

  • looks good. quality of the video could be better though.

  • I take back the posture part being weak its decent, but maybe a little too closed.

  • Hey there, good swing but just a few problems. Takeaway a little bit on the inside, feel as if your taking it away more as a one-peice takeaway rather than as i can see your left hand dominating and right elbow too flat. At the top of your swing a little more of a pause would be preffered just to get your lower body more time to start the transition. and lastly posture is a little weak. Other than that good stuff.

  • Try an loosen your shoulders, arms and hands. Give you self a bit more time in the hitting area by being in less of rush to get there.

  • solid swing...on backswing, looks maybe a tad inside on the takeaway

  • I'd say you need to keep your balance more at point of impact because at the end of your swing, you seem to be leaning backwards which means as you hit the ball, you are falling away from it. You make it up by pushing it a bit like the guy said in your video. Change this and it is a very very very very good swing.

  • It is good. One problem is your weight is a bit too much on your left foot which will take away a bit of power. Swing is good! At the 1:00 minute mark you are leaning back and you can see it on your left heel at this point - this means it is easy to hook it than normal. Very good tho!

  • the name is tr33lo for my hotmail account.

i'll reply with instruction. i'd rather not post.

  • no go on the teaching pro. just someone with a dream probably like yourself. starting building a swing at the age of 27 (late start). had help from a teacher (who i still see here and there). most of the things i state r my own thoughts by observing the best that ever played the game. my goal is to tryout for the tour within the next few years. i have allot of confidence in what i can do. to be one of the best that ever played in my mindset. if not, i'll become a teacher :p

  • or at least it should feel like that.

from what i can see, you restrict your lower-body pretty well. it's the upper-body that doesn't seem as compact.

shoulders b4 arms will shorten the circle.

  • thanks...are you a teaching pro?...i will post a front view soon

  • i take that back on the elbow... the distance is damn near close enough. the right arm breaking down is caused by your right arm controlling your right shoulder instead of the other way around. if your right shoulder pulls on your right arm in the backswing, then the right arm won't break prematurly. your shoulders should wind-up completely b4 your right arm breaks.

  • i'd really like to see a front view of your swing.

i think your swing (judging in the dark and not seeing the ball) is pretty good. if your looking for perfection, i'd say the right arm get's away from your body a lil too much, and the right arm breaks down a lil quick coming back.

  • Your swing is really really good. you should be very proud. Good luck to you! Whats your handicap?
