Hey guys here are a few helpful tips.Take a Jiu Jitsu or watch some of it on youtube and then practice it on each other that's what I did I watched and learned.Then I took what I learned and practiced it on some kids who thought they could wrestle or grapple and I practiced on them.I see em every week and I still beat them.ust keep practicing and you won't be afriad to go to the ground in a fight.
