Hello you guy's,from America! Once upon a time I too used both cloth diaper's & Pampers, both. Not only were cloth diaper's environmentally better as well as a HUGE money saver, you'll find they come in handy for many thing's throughout the day whether for burping, spit up,etc. Pampers we're best for overnight when baby wets the most & for Dr's visits & day trips visiting, etc. I found this worked best for me and not to worry, you two will do just fine in ALL departments/areas of parenting.
You can get small sample packs of reusable nappies so you can try them out to decide whether they work for you or not. That is what I did. Having used both disposables and cloth nappies I still use both! I use cloth in the day time and disposables at night or for long days out, just because the cloth ones don't have as good absorbency for night wear. Even using some cloth nappies will save you money, I also recommend washable baby wipes!
i was so sad when sam and jay deleted their daily vlogs, and i always remembered them talking about someone called 'anna' but i didn't know who anna was, now i've finally found you guys I'm so happy, cos you remind me so much of sam&jay! :D
The red on the photos is light flare... whoever was running the lab and loaded that roll of paper didn't seal the magazine properly. They should reprint them for free. It will affect nearly all of the photos printed on that roll.
It's an expensive mistake for them.
I'm pretty excited for you two, having a baby. Enjoy every moment!
Lidl nappies!! Ten times better than Pampers and half the price! The only way to go (according to my sisters who have have multiple babies between them) :)
WATCH NATURESKNOCKOUT'S CHANNEL, she made a few videos about using cloth dippers. I think cloth dippers are a great idea! they are not nearly as messy as they used to be. <3
I don't recommend the What to Expect books. They don't tell you a broad range of options/outcomes etc. I'm not sure about the app, though. It sounds interesting.
As someone that didn't use cloth diapers, I recommend using cloth diapers. I totally wish I had. They are so cute and save so much money in the long run.
My sister had 3 healthy children and she is vegetarian. I tried both types of diapers and it is just your preference. Also it depends on the child. You will find what works for him or her when you start to use them. Good luck. There is no such thing as a perfect parent. It is all trial and error. Just be happy and enjoy being parents.
Drink fresh ginger, garlic and honey - wont harm the baby and only tastes funny .... Might have garlic breath for a while but will take away your cold and cough almost instantly. Just put in a cup squash the garlic and put hot water.
Anna, Lempsin contains Phenylephrine which is a decongestant and in the US is a pregnancy drug category C. Here is what the FDA says about it. Pregnancy Category C is given to medicines that have not been studied in pregnant humans, but do appear to cause harm to the fetus in animal studies. Also, medicines that have not been studied in any pregnant women or animals are automatically given a pregnancy Category C rating.
I vote cloth nappies. They save hundreds and they're better for the environment. AND, they look SOOOO cute! And you can use them for both kids. Some people say they use a lot of water to wash, but imo, they don't. There are so many different options when it comes to Modern Cloth Nappies. Disposables go to landfill and you end up spending thousands. Oh, and your kid's bottom will look like every other bottom you see. :) They are good, however, for convenience and as a back up.
We used cloth nappies in the beginning. We bought around 30 by now. In the beginning you need more because babys poop more often. ... After a while <ou not change like 8 times but 4-5 times a day. We use all in one-one size diapers. We have different types cause 1 style doesn´t fit good all the time. We´re very happy with GroVia, BumGenius, Blueberry & Swaddlebees. We like the hook and loop fasteners (so easy), we hate the patent fasteners (to much pressure needed ...) I could go on and on :)
When I was 8 weeks pregnant, I wanted to buy some baby clothes so bad, so I bought some girl stuff and some boy stuff. And then returned the boy stuff when I found out I was having a girl! LOL Just a little bit of stuff to satisfy the urge to buy stuff ;)
Also, another fact about disposable diapers is there is an ingredient in them (can't think of the name) that has been OUTLAWED in other products such as maxipads and tampons... Scary, really! :(
i reccomend disposable nappies because even though cloth is more environmentally friendly they are very time consuming and it is just more work for a new exhausted mom and the cost is much the same considering what you need to buy to to fill the nappies and constantly washing them! thats just my own personal experience anyway, good luck with whichever you decide :) btw check out next for baby clothes ---> super cute baby stuff!!! lol
You should definitely try cloth diapering! They are so cute and easy now. Do some research on what disposable do to the environment and the chemicals in the diapers. They can cause CHEMICAL BURNS and they stay in the landfill for 500 years!! You can also save about $1,000 using cloth nappies.
I'm so excited to follow you guys on the journey of your baby! You two make my life complete and I don't even know you haha, thanks for sharing it all with us all and just know that for every bad comment there are thousands of us who love you guys!
Congratulations on your graduation, fetus! :-) I can't wait until you guys find out the sex and pick out a name! Do you have any ideas yet? I already have my future children's names picked out ha!
use cloth nappys ur baby will thank u and the can go right in the wash but use the toss away ones for the first week or so new born poo is the worst very sticky and tarlike
my parents used cloth diapers for myself, my brother and my sister...it's gross and quite a bit of work but you save soooo much money in the long run :) and omg Jonathan I laughed so hard when you were panning over the shelves at the store and were like 'harness?!' and it was like hidden at the bottom shelf, so funny you caught that haha
I've heard of congested noses being caused by pregnancy, so I looked it up on google, it's a condition called "Rhinitis of Pregnancy" which can start in the 2nd month and it effects up to 30 % of pregnant women. Maybe that's what you have ? ?
The article I looked at said "higher amounts of estrogen during pregnancy can contribute to swelling in the mucous membranes lining the nose..." It said if there's no sneezing or coughing etc., it could be rhinitis.
Aww Anna I can tell your gonna be a perfect mummy. and everyone who is moaning anna can eat what she wants at the end of the day. some people just stuff there face with junk during there pregnancy but anna is keeping a healthy diet.
Those two black and white photos cutting the cake are fab loved them ye both look so happy, great spot in the hallway too so everyone can see when them come in x
a mirror above your fireplace would look really nice! and maybe move the bookcase to another part of the room? you could even paint it to make it match more :)
I was talking to a pregnancy coach and she told me that the husband should always be chewing gum or have mints for good breath while the women gives birth because her senses are so heightened. She also said ppl should only ask yes or no questions because its hard for a women to answer in full sentences during the birth. Just a little tip :) It helps to prevent stress to the women.
Anna if you want cloth diapers, there's this beauty youtube channel called Nature's Knockout and it's a mother/daughter team that reviews organic and natural products. The daughter just had a baby and she did a whoooole review of these really amazing cloth diapers. You should check it out!
Milk, cheese, eggs, soya, lentils & beans are all non-meat products that contain protein. Anna also eats fish which contains protein. You can get all the protein, calcium & vitamins needed during pregnancy through a healthy, well-balanced diet, vegetarian or not. For all the people who are telling Anna what she should/shouldn't eat - ultimately, it's her baby, her body and her choice. :)
Anna, for your pregnancy hormone spots, check out acne.org like Sam Schrueman said...it is incredible!! I just bought five per cent benzol peroxide GEL, and a loreal face wash like the one sam uses (the ones they sell in Ireland) and a le roche posey moisturiser and jojoba oil from holland and barrett, my acne is already gone and I only saw her video a few days ago! :O x
yes cloth diapers all the way!!! over all, you end up saving so much money, they are cute, more comfortable, less chemicals, cute, less waste, and did I mention cute????
Whos office is going to be the Babys room lol Iam so happy for you to and dont listen to these people about whats bad and whats good just talk to your Dr I eat tuna everyday and my child is healthy as can be and my dr said it was ok dont get scared just ask Dr Sweet Potatoes are very Good for Preg Women My Dr had me eating them 3 times a week Well Take care God Bless Love the videos about The Baby! <3\
I bet the comment section is like thousands of mother-in-law's clucking on about how to look after herself and the baby for Anna lol I just wish them the best, women have managed for hundreds of years, i think Anna and jofus will be fine :)
I LOVE cloth diapering! I highly recommend it! Im so glad to hear your gonna CD=) But just a warning, it highly addicting! LOL They have such CUTE diapers=)
anna be careful about eating tuna because it contains high levels of mercury its probably not the best idea! be careful eating fish!! look into it or ask your doctor but i personally didnt
I'm in America, so here's some cloth diaper info for you to look at (since youtube doesn't like links here)... The blog YoungHouseLove - search cloth diapers and they have a post titled "The Much Requested Cloth Diaper Post". Also the blog BabyRabies - she used cloth on her now-toddler and her current baby - under her "greenish" menu button, there is a cloth diaper link. Skip the giveaway posts, but she's got good info, including a vlog on the 2nd page where she breaks down all the diapers.
And as some others have mentioned here, newborns go through many a day. But if you read some of those posts I mentioned, or really any information from people who have done it, they'll tell you the max number they ever needed - usually in the newborn stage, they had just enough to keep the baby in a diaper while washing a load of the rest of them. You'll certainly be doing more laundry than you're probably used to in the beginning, but from what I've read, it's really not that bad at all.
My mom used to use cloth diapers when at home and when she would go out or to a friends ect. she would use disposable. At home she ket a bucket on the washer with bleach water to keep the diapers clean and she said we had the whitest diapers around, lol! I used disposable but to each their own and I wish I would have tried to be more eco concious. @@ JOFUS- newborns will use one diaper per 2 hours, so I would average buying enough for 8-12 diapers a day. Get ready now :)
try G Diaper. they are amazing and you can get super cute colors. easy to use and stay on so well. i would use a cloth diaper as a lining instead of the disposable liner. also at night i would place a water proof nappy over it. :)
Enjoy your tuna Anna, I've had multiple healthy pregnancies and babies. I craved tuna in the beginning w most. My ob informed me, if I could keep it down to eat it. He said in moderation of course but canned tuna was best! Look forward to seeing your pregnancy journey!
@LuckynumberSlevin11 If you eat fish you're not a vegetarian, modern or not. A vegetarian doesn't eat meat or animal products; fish are animals. People who only eat fish are called pescatarians. :)
@lisa94xo I used vegetarian in a loose generally sense to differentiate between a vegan who abstains from all animal products. I am aware people who don't eat fish are called pescatarians. Thank you teacher.
@marietkar Vegetarianism is extremely healthy if done correctly. It is ironic for someone who condones the useless slaughter of innocent animals to call a vegetarian selfish.
@baboukis1 Protein consists of amino acids. Amino acids are found in every living food. It amazes the level of ignorance of some people. Your primitive and mentally backwards brain has deduced that since a vegetarian abstains from eating meat then he/she does not get protein. So logically you have stated that protein=meat which is false and reflects incredibly poorly on you and your upbringing.
@baboukis1 I am not a troll I am a troll destroyer. It is horrible not horible and I do not care whether you get butt hurt or not I simply do not stand for your false information.
@LuckynumberSlevin11 this channel its not all about vegeterianism , that you are so obsessed with. its about 2 lovely plp vlogging , and comments with regards that and pregnancy.
@baboukis1 You seem to be copying my expression' so obsessed with'. It has nothing to do with me. It has to do with you spouting out inaccurate misleading bull crap. You need to get educated an stop talking out of your ass.
@LuckynumberSlevin11 excuse me, but i dont have an obsession with potein at all..i am not mentally backwards, and i never said you need to eat meat , im saying that meat is by far the best way to get protein, other proteinous foods like soy have no where near as much goodness as meat, but anna isnt going to eat it, she and her baby will still be perfect
@PoppyYoung2497 Soy has all the essential amino acids. It is complete protein and is better absorbed than meat. It is protein not potein you mentally backwards person. I think a GTFO is in order for an ignorant and arrogant person.
@LuckynumberSlevin11 it might have all the essential amino acids, but its just nowhere near as good as meat! im not mentally backwards, ignorant or arrogant..i think the last two apply to you. you clearly didnt read my comment because yours is irrelevant to my point, and the GTFO? mature, i see you have used it before in the comments...read my original comment about this! seriously?? my sister is a vegetarian and my mum is a nutritionist.. im not saying soy is bad, im saying meat is better!
@PoppyYoung2497 You continually show your ignorance. Soy HAS all the essential amino acids, not might or maybe. So when it comes to protein it is the best. Pound for pound tofu beats any meat. So I think you might want to explain to me what exactly do you mean by best. It is not only abhorrent to life and savage but the protein in meat is not easily absorbed and all meat eaters have at any one time putrefying meat in their GI which contributes to 5-10 pounds of body weight. GTFO is suitable.
@marietkar You really think your child needs to eat dead animals to be healthy LOL sweetheart there are plenty of high protein foods that you don't need to kill an animal to eat.
@megnkevfact yeah but they didnt say that, they said animal proteins are best, and i agree with them, meat also is tasty.. soya and 'quorn' and vegetable proteins are no where near as good as animal proteins. or as you call them 'dead animals' -food- at the end of the day its her choice though. its a good idea to eat some meat just during pregnancy though!! :)
@PoppyYoung2497 This is your original comment? If protein and iron can be obtained easily by other sources of food then why do you insist on putting dead carcasses in the mouth of pregnant women? Humans are also tasty look up what Jeffrey Dahmer has to say about their taste. Animals have feelings, families, homes, hopes and fears, just like us. Tastiness is irrelevant morality is relevant.
@LuckynumberSlevin11 its not my original comment, i dont insist im saying that some extra protien from a chicken sandwich would help her out, not insisting at all , because i know that she wont eat meat, you are the one insisting on saying 'dead animals' or 'carcusses' thats so immature, most of the world eats meat(as in not vegetarian) animals are to eat! its not immoral to eat meat. i was wrong when i said meat is way better than soy or quorn, its acctually just as good, it just tastes better
@PoppyYoung2497 Notice how you say it is not immoral and not say it it moral. Tell me why is it natural to kill and eat animals and then have pets? Do you have pets, a dog or a cat? Tell me do you salivate in their presence and want to sink your teeth into them. If you saw a dead carcass at the side of the road and some blueberries what would you eat? Animals have families, friends, feelings, hopes, fears, and homes like all of us humans. What gives you the right to become their burial place?
@PoppyYoung2497 Humans taste better than animals apparently. Morality not taste matters. Animals are my friends. I believe in love and not killing and death. What is wrong with me and how in your right mind can you argue with me?
since you're pregnant and vegetarian, how do you obtain proteins? only animal proteins are best, not the ones from vegetables, e.g. soya. Didn't you consider to give up vegetarianism during pregnancy just for the child's health and well-being?
@marietkar Your body needs amino acids. Protein consists of amino acids. Amino acids are available in every living food. Animal proteins are not the best, and by best I assumed you meant most complete.
@marietkar If she's eating tuna and salmon, she's not a vegetarian and is getting her protein from the fish. However, vegetarians can have very healthy pregnancies and there's no need to worry if you're doing your research and tracking you protein. I think your thinking is terribly backwards.
@marietkar That's such a dumb comment...!! You can be vegan and even then give your kid in the stomach really good vitamins and other nutritions...!!
proteins can come from a lot of sources... not just soya!! Anna don't have to be non-vegetarian just because she is pregnant! Do you thinks she's the only one that has been vegetarian and pregnant.. or as I said people who are vegan can give their baby just as much protein and vitamins, or even more cause they eat really good, as others!
@happinessislikeakiss its not a dumb comment at all, by the way, Anna's not a vegan, she's a vegetarian, and the 'kid' doesn't go in the stomach it grows in the womb, but I'm sure you know that! :) of course you can be a vegetarian and give your child the good nutrition, but its no where near as good as animal meat protein. I recommend maybe having a chicken salad/ sandwich/salad sandwich just once a day, its light and not fleshy plus chicken the best animal meat protein-wise :)
@PoppyYoung2497 Your obsession with protein is truly baffling. I repeat protein consists of amino acids. Amino acids are found in every single living food. You do not need to eat dead flesh to obtain protein. Are you mentally backwards?
@happinessislikeakiss Vegetarian yes, however as far as I know when vegan you have to supplement vitamin b12 and vitamin d, as there are no truly reliable vegan sources of vitamin b12 (algae contain an analogue of vit.b12) and no natural vegan food source of vit.d other than through sun exposure or fortified foods.
@marietkar That is totally and completely untrue! You shouldn't say things like that without having done a lot of research and/or without being a qualified nutritionist. There is protein in EVERYTHING, and there are plenty of fantastic sources of COMPLETE proteins from plant sources. Also, Anna eats fish and dairy, so how is she going to lack in protein?
@marietkar It's actually an old myth that people need animal protein to be healthy. It's actually probably better for the baby for Anna to be vegetarian. :)
@marietkar meat could really hurt her if she started eating it now. Her body has learned how to get sufficient protein and adding meat would make her sick from a protein overload.
@marietkar i get what you mean, but when she starts eating meat again after a long time ,she can get really REALLY sick, so that wouldn't be so smart for the child's health :)

@Marieantonia1990 There's too much mercury in Tuna (along with some other fish) and it can harm the baby and it's development.

You should give up being a vegetarian for your babies health. They need proper nutritious like protein which is only found in animals.
peacelovekris93 1 month ago
Anna if you want cloth diapers, there's this beauty youtube channel called Nature's Knockout and it's a mother/daughter team that reviews organic and natural products. The daughter just had a baby and she did a whoooole review of these really amazing cloth diapers. You should check it out!
VanillaTwilight90 1 month ago
Milk, cheese, eggs, soya, lentils & beans are all non-meat products that contain protein. Anna also eats fish which contains protein. You can get all the protein, calcium & vitamins needed during pregnancy through a healthy, well-balanced diet, vegetarian or not. For all the people who are telling Anna what she should/shouldn't eat - ultimately, it's her baby, her body and her choice. :)

Skip the giveaway posts, but she's got good info, including a vlog on the 2nd page where she breaks down all the diapers.
luvthemstrawberries 1 month ago
And as some others have mentioned here, newborns go through many a day. But if you read some of those posts I mentioned, or really any information from people who have done it, they'll tell you the max number they ever needed - usually in the newborn stage, they had just enough to keep the baby in a diaper while washing a load of the rest of them. You'll certainly be doing more laundry than you're probably used to in the beginning, but from what I've read, it's really not that bad at all.
luvthemstrawberries 1 month ago
My mom used to use cloth diapers when at home and when she would go out or to a friends ect. she would use disposable. At home she ket a bucket on the washer with bleach water to keep the diapers clean and she said we had the whitest diapers around, lol! I used disposable but to each their own and I wish I would have tried to be more eco concious. @@ JOFUS- newborns will use one diaper per 2 hours, so I would average buying enough for 8-12 diapers a day. Get ready now :)
djbrec 1 month ago
try G Diaper. they are amazing and you can get super cute colors. easy to use and stay on so well. i would use a cloth diaper as a lining instead of the disposable liner. also at night i would place a water proof nappy over it. :)

@LuckynumberSlevin11 Vegetarianism is extremely healthy if done correctly!!!!!!!!! Im sorry but were from Anna is taking her daily protein?
baboukis1 1 month ago
@baboukis1 Protein consists of amino acids. Amino acids are found in every living food. It amazes the level of ignorance of some people. Your primitive and mentally backwards brain has deduced that since a vegetarian abstains from eating meat then he/she does not get protein. So logically you have stated that protein=meat which is false and reflects incredibly poorly on you and your upbringing.

baboukis1 1 month ago
@baboukis1 You seem to be copying my expression' so obsessed with'. It has nothing to do with me. It has to do with you spouting out inaccurate misleading bull crap. You need to get educated an stop talking out of your ass.
LuckynumberSlevin11 1 month ago
@LuckynumberSlevin11 excuse me, but i dont have an obsession with potein at all..i am not mentally backwards, and i never said you need to eat meat , im saying that meat is by far the best way to get protein, other proteinous foods like soy have no where near as much goodness as meat, but anna isnt going to eat it, she and her baby will still be perfect
PoppyYoung2497 1 month ago
@PoppyYoung2497 Soy has all the essential amino acids. It is complete protein and is better absorbed than meat. It is protein not potein you mentally backwards person. I think a GTFO is in order for an ignorant and arrogant person.
LuckynumberSlevin11 1 month ago 4
@LuckynumberSlevin11 it might have all the essential amino acids, but its just nowhere near as good as meat! im not mentally backwards, ignorant or arrogant..i think the last two apply to you. you clearly didnt read my comment because yours is irrelevant to my point, and the GTFO? mature, i see you have used it before in the comments...read my original comment about this! seriously?? my sister is a vegetarian and my mum is a nutritionist.. im not saying soy is bad, im saying meat is better!
PoppyYoung2497 1 month ago
@PoppyYoung2497 You continually show your ignorance. Soy HAS all the essential amino acids, not might or maybe. So when it comes to protein it is the best. Pound for pound tofu beats any meat. So I think you might want to explain to me what exactly do you mean by best. It is not only abhorrent to life and savage but the protein in meat is not easily absorbed and all meat eaters have at any one time putrefying meat in their GI which contributes to 5-10 pounds of body weight. GTFO is suitable.
LuckynumberSlevin11 1 month ago
@marietkar You really think your child needs to eat dead animals to be healthy LOL sweetheart there are plenty of high protein foods that you don't need to kill an animal to eat.
megnkevfact 1 month ago 4
@megnkevfact yeah but they didnt say that, they said animal proteins are best, and i agree with them, meat also is tasty.. soya and 'quorn' and vegetable proteins are no where near as good as animal proteins. or as you call them 'dead animals' -food- at the end of the day its her choice though. its a good idea to eat some meat just during pregnancy though!! :)
PoppyYoung2497 1 month ago in playlist Uploaded videos
@PoppyYoung2497 This is your original comment? If protein and iron can be obtained easily by other sources of food then why do you insist on putting dead carcasses in the mouth of pregnant women? Humans are also tasty look up what Jeffrey Dahmer has to say about their taste. Animals have feelings, families, homes, hopes and fears, just like us. Tastiness is irrelevant morality is relevant.
LuckynumberSlevin11 1 month ago
@LuckynumberSlevin11 its not my original comment, i dont insist im saying that some extra protien from a chicken sandwich would help her out, not insisting at all , because i know that she wont eat meat, you are the one insisting on saying 'dead animals' or 'carcusses' thats so immature, most of the world eats meat(as in not vegetarian) animals are to eat! its not immoral to eat meat. i was wrong when i said meat is way better than soy or quorn, its acctually just as good, it just tastes better
PoppyYoung2497 1 month ago
@PoppyYoung2497 Notice how you say it is not immoral and not say it it moral. Tell me why is it natural to kill and eat animals and then have pets? Do you have pets, a dog or a cat? Tell me do you salivate in their presence and want to sink your teeth into them. If you saw a dead carcass at the side of the road and some blueberries what would you eat? Animals have families, friends, feelings, hopes, fears, and homes like all of us humans. What gives you the right to become their burial place?
LuckynumberSlevin11 1 month ago
@PoppyYoung2497 Humans taste better than animals apparently. Morality not taste matters. Animals are my friends. I believe in love and not killing and death. What is wrong with me and how in your right mind can you argue with me?
LuckynumberSlevin11 1 month ago
@LuckynumberSlevin11 its not immoral to eat meat, if you don't believe in killing and death you need to grow up, people eat meat, sorry.
PoppyYoung2497 1 month ago
since you're pregnant and vegetarian, how do you obtain proteins? only animal proteins are best, not the ones from vegetables, e.g. soya. Didn't you consider to give up vegetarianism during pregnancy just for the child's health and well-being?

@marietkar i agree with you
baboukis1 1 month ago
@marietkar You are incredibly misinformed. I suggest you enlighten yourself with regards nutrition.
LuckynumberSlevin11 1 month ago
@marietkar Your body needs amino acids. Protein consists of amino acids. Amino acids are available in every living food. Animal proteins are not the best, and by best I assumed you meant most complete.
LuckynumberSlevin11 1 month ago 2
@marietkar Let me own you again please. Soy contains all essential amino acids you mentally backwards person.
LuckynumberSlevin11 1 month ago
@marietkar If she's eating tuna and salmon, she's not a vegetarian and is getting her protein from the fish. However, vegetarians can have very healthy pregnancies and there's no need to worry if you're doing your research and tracking you protein. I think your thinking is terribly backwards.
herfall 1 month ago in playlist Uploaded videos 2
@marietkar That's such a dumb comment...!! You can be vegan and even then give your kid in the stomach really good vitamins and other nutritions...!!
proteins can come from a lot of sources... not just soya!! Anna don't have to be non-vegetarian just because she is pregnant! Do you thinks she's the only one that has been vegetarian and pregnant.. or as I said people who are vegan can give their baby just as much protein and vitamins, or even more cause they eat really good, as others!
happinessislikeakiss 1 month ago in playlist My Daily Vlogs 7
@happinessislikeakiss its not a dumb comment at all, by the way, Anna's not a vegan, she's a vegetarian, and the 'kid' doesn't go in the stomach it grows in the womb, but I'm sure you know that! :) of course you can be a vegetarian and give your child the good nutrition, but its no where near as good as animal meat protein. I recommend maybe having a chicken salad/ sandwich/salad sandwich just once a day, its light and not fleshy plus chicken the best animal meat protein-wise :)
PoppyYoung2497 1 month ago in playlist Uploaded videos
@PoppyYoung2497 Your obsession with protein is truly baffling. I repeat protein consists of amino acids. Amino acids are found in every single living food. You do not need to eat dead flesh to obtain protein. Are you mentally backwards?
LuckynumberSlevin11 1 month ago 3
@happinessislikeakiss Vegetarian yes, however as far as I know when vegan you have to supplement vitamin b12 and vitamin d, as there are no truly reliable vegan sources of vitamin b12 (algae contain an analogue of vit.b12) and no natural vegan food source of vit.d other than through sun exposure or fortified foods.
vanirose 1 month ago
@marietkar That is totally and completely untrue! You shouldn't say things like that without having done a lot of research and/or without being a qualified nutritionist. There is protein in EVERYTHING, and there are plenty of fantastic sources of COMPLETE proteins from plant sources. Also, Anna eats fish and dairy, so how is she going to lack in protein?
WikidLovely 1 month ago 3
@marietkar It's actually an old myth that people need animal protein to be healthy. It's actually probably better for the baby for Anna to be vegetarian. :)
juliagooliaaaaa 1 month ago 14
