Personally the scariest scene for me was the scene during "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet"'when the man opened the window and that hing had it's face right up against it. I knew that was going to happen (mainly because I saw the original episode and it had the same scene in it) and yet it still scared me.

@MovieMan9991 Well Shatner gave a pretty memorable performance as a man on the edge and who is consumed by a fear of flying, although I'll admit the teddy bear "gremlin" wasn't one of the best Twilight Zone creatures visually. Often in TTZ the terror of the unseen ala 'The Monsters On Maple Street' works better than when Sterling tried to present us with some creature Actually when you think about it Sterling's Night Gallery probably came closer to pure horror stories than The Twilight Zone did.
