i'm planning to get this to match the Monotribe i just bought.

while the Monotribe can get quite intense, it lacks the drums like how the KPad has. unfortunately the bigger boys, the KPPro and the KQPad are beyond my budget for now. cash is the problem. so i'll have to be contented with simple Monotribe and Kaossilator Pad pairing for now... hope they fit together well...

@purestherbs1 Yes, just 99 patterns, then it all depends on your musical knowledge or imagination. This one from the video is not mine, one of my friends borrowed me his kaossilator for a few days one year ago and now i'm thinking about getting one too... It works really good ;)

I got one in March 2010, got progressively better at it, see my video "Dark Taxi".

Some users have great instructional videos for it: Kaossilation, triplesquarednine and lcc0612.

But the Kaossilator Pro came out in Feb. 2010, it has many more features and the ability to save on SD card. It has green lights in the pad (do not confuse with the Kaoss Pad 3 effects processor which has red lights).
