Would you say that the main indicator for afib is the inability to measure the PRI? Also, would anticoag tx be the only tx indicated?

I was in a fib for 240 days once before , I have had a fib for 24 years and Valum 5 two times a day helps control it with timolol better then most drugs I took before valum 5 mgs xanax dont help so much in my case something in the valum keeps me in sinus ....Im 47 years old started a fib at age 23 ..but each case is differnt.
