Hmmm, after the 5th layer of Kundalini someone would disappear from earth. Seems like dimensional ascension to me. Very much locked in with it and maybe the chakras in a way. Of course. I've felt kundalini. I don't know what layer level I am at, but its to where I can see and feel spirit light, interact with natural elements, and intuit lots of things together. I've been feeling this spine tingling Kundalini since I was 4 or younger. Certain music can do it and certain thoughts can do it.
Consider Equal Life for All, Equal Money System for All, Equal Education for All. All this within self-perfection, thru self-honesty and self-forgiveness.
I met Swamiji Hariharananda Giri. It was very much a life altering experience. This Saint entered the "breathless state" for over 10 minutes while I was but one or two feet away. His eyes were wide open. He radiated such intense Love It was overwhelming. Thank you Hamsa Yogi, for carrying forward, and sharing the great gifts of your lineage. -OM Babaji OM
Research the different forms of yoga to find enlightenment. Hatha yoga worked for me. I one day had a full blown spontaneous kundalini arousal. I practiced Hatha & you have to be brutally honest with yourself at the same time not being afraid to admit to yourself what you are and what you have done wrong as you realize. You wed your brain to your heart. Forgive yourself, you could not help what you did wrong. Pray or ask for strength & if you are totally sincere the universe may reward you. LOVE
Friends, whether you are clairvoyant or not, a video alone is not enough to determine a man's enlightenment. You would have to know the man personally, as I do. He is a phenomenal person in every way, and spends a minimum of 8 hours a day in Samadhi, in a state of no-breathing.
He is certainly enlightened :). That doesn't mean you have to agree with everything he says though. Even an enlightened person can only teach from his own experience. He strongly advocates finding one's own path
@sosorius only enlightened masters will tell you find your own path. And even if you are not interested, then it is your karma, keep headed your way till you find out in later lives. He is certainly a Divine being in disguise, I guess they are just being nice to us!
I just came upon this teacher and his teaching is interesting because I believe kriya yoga to be a great technique, only it has lacked a good teacher to reach the public. I took an advanced kriya initiation and the very same day, as the teacher described, kundalini was pulled to the top to meet her shiva. So I will say two things. One, it takes hard work to realize anything and Two, it is nice to hear about it from a good teacher.
well said Amirmourad . I really can't add much, i do know it takes work ,that one must desire to do the work. Yet, if theres results then one desires those results. Yet, in the end becoming desire free is also nice.
For the Khechari Mudra, is it really necessary to cut the tongue?
Is there not a better way to lengthen the tongue? And also, if the point of the mudra is to plug the nasal cavity, can't you just place some sort of device up there as an alternative to the tongue and still get the same benefits?
hopefully you dont think you need to cut the tounge if you choose to block senses with device then you should it will help and in time you can do naturelly the tounge is your woriest enemie
I was told when I was given the technique for kriya yoga that the tongue will stretch naturally, but that it takes time and constant practice to achieve, and that if you would pursue to gently stretch the tongue back as you meditate, by the time you are ready for the seal you will have the flexibility to hold it. I hope this helps and that I was clear. Anyone who is better informed than I please add or correct me. Peace! God Bless You!!! ~kashi
No, you must use the tongue. It creates a kind of sensation, which is hieghtened through your sensitivity of practice. This sensation is both physical and non-physical. This draws the senses in, very beautiful, and most be experienced for yourself. The time it takes to bring the toungue back is part of the time it takes to open an inner fluidity and clarity as well. Practice sinserly and consistantly, enjoy each practice, and let it unfold. The energy itself finalizes mastery of kechari.
never cut the frenum under the tongue! If you sever the nadi in this way , you will never access the amrit and the connection to the Brahma gufa at the Shivanetra. Do the chalan and talabya to stretch the frenum naturally. You need to complete the nadi thru the gland in the frenum by accessing that chakra and completing the circuit with kechari mudra. There are no short cuts and I mean that literally. Om.
God is the answer to our inner restlessness and emptiness. when we move towards him, that is when the fundamental option of our lives is directed to his praise and service. then our feelings and emotions resonate with this movement and we experience peace, tranquillity and joy in some measure.
Bhagavad Gita. It's been said that even if you do not understand it (which you will), it will nevertheless increase your spiritual power, TREMENDOUSLY!
If you read Autobiography of a Yogi, by Paramahansa Yoganada, that is a GREAT way to get started - and a vehicle to take you all the way if you want to go that far.
wonderful, thank you very much. cinderella raising up the chimney, the spine, the sushumna nadi to meet her prince shiva at the top, the crown chakra...
I heard him mention the Kechari Mudra, i have been attempting to perform this mudra and even seeing the videos of the people who have seemed to master this technique, all have rather long tongues. Making it appear simple to place the tongue behind the uvula. Is there a procedure for making the tongue flexible enough to move into that position?
During mediation my spine will fill with a solid pressure that will rise up and set ablaze each chakra. Is this Kudalini? I've also noticed that Vishudha will go off, then Sahasrara, THEN Ajna. Like a cain, or question mark. Is that normal?
Ajna will upon occasion go off and burst with energy all by itself. This used to happen once in a while, but now it occurs three to five times aday. Some of these are major events. I've not noticed a pattern or reason. What triggers this?
Doesn't Khechari occur spontaneously, when the the magnetic pull in the kutastha is strong enough, thats the reason, its not given in some traditions. First kriya gives rise to khechari automatically.
Even self realization happens spontaneously after a million million years of natural evolution - are you going to wait? There is a physical manipulation associated khechari which rapidifies the perfection of khechari mudra. This can be learned at a kriya empowerment session. HTH, ~hy
I agree, but forceful khechari has much less yogic value than natural khechari. Many circus artists can perform khechari very well. If natural khechari occurs you are already in lower samadhi. Why dont you try it yourself to check it out, we can keep arguing and reach no conclusion, tell me by performing forced khechari can you disconnect instantly from the senses ? Let the same occur naturally and see the difference.
Nothing is forced. Sadhana is a practice which comes in many forms - when it is done with intensity it is called tapasya, or penance. I have no argument, I honor you and your practice, and wish you divine realization. ~hy
You are so honest! :D!
