No doubt the assault charge is a bargaining chip the DA/public defender camp will use for some sort of plea bargain as well as a scare tactic as it is a felony.

lol guy on the left keeps looking at the camera. chill man, u seem to know ur shit : ). retarded that that would happen i think. same thing in london ontario, where the public transportation sistem is on strike cuz they want the unions to give them same benefits as firemen and polis officers. which is retarded. cuz now the ppl that need busses are screwd and no one can jump in with a van and take over the market. ow and btw.
