Hi, I used one of the auto settings. Can't remember if it was normal auto or one of the night modes. The lighting went through a huge range during the shoot - no reason to limit the exposure range on the camera by using shutter or priority modes.

Garbage skyline and city. And that so-called lake is really a sink hole. Make a video about a REAL city.
