Nice commentary but a little overkill. First off your video is in slow motion or you have a horrible framerate but it is in no way realistic. Second I couldn't help but notice you were complaining about the city's snow removal funds, but never commented on your wiper blade replacement funds. Its been years since my car was immobile due to our weather. ....Video makes us seem like a poor city although i get around fine to decent even in a 6 inch snow storm!
