Girlfriend you sure messed up when you blew on that cotton ball. These folks are letting you have it!! I'm sure you know proper procedure & you can do my makeup anytime.
I really love to learn new stuff. I have a couple video on how to get amazing hair extensions by yourself or with alittle help from a friend in less than 30 min. Seamless hair extensions from simply extensions are the best!
Listen to me people please do NOT , i repeat do NOT ever blow your own breath at the make up tool you're about to use in another persons face, it is highly unhygenic and plain unprofessional.
and for people who say its not a big deal, your obviously not in the biz, how would you like a chick with herpes in her mouth or even just food debris blowing on a brush and then putting it in your eye... its disciusting
I wonder why she is considered "expert" - she doesn't seem to really know the techniques and the "do's and don't's" of professional makeup artistry. Even I, who am not a licensed makeup artist, know not to blow on brushes, or products. It's not being picky - it's being professional versus unprofessional and I would not want her doing my makeup. You never know what germs are being spread. I think every makeup artist, licensed and unlicensed, should be trained in proper hygiene and etiquette.
omg, she just blew on the dang cotton ball with her germy breath and put it on his dang face....this should be a video on what NOT to do for a man's make up. SHIT!
excellent pointers! thank you!, anyone tried MACs latest range of products? it is hard to get hold of cosmetics in Commerce City but you can obtain some wonderful cosmetics samples by checking out "GratisMakeupSamples"! they're cool.
BLOW extra powder off???? Every makeup artist should know that is the biggest NO, NO when it comes to applying makeup on clients! I find that disgusting and so unprofessional. That is the rule #1 of makeup rules-->Never blow on the brush or client face!!!

lol finally the dude cracks a smile ... -.- he was beginning to be annoying with that straight stuck-up face throughout all these vids, like a robot :|
Omg, I literally cringed when I saw her blow the powder away. DO NOT do that people! Tap the handle of the brush onto something to get rid of the excess powder.
I am not knocking her, the tutorial is very good but I have to agree with not blowing the excess powder. Unless you are ok with possible spit in there too...Yuck, it s just not hygenic. I would never do that on a person, but its your face so do as you like...
LOL! At around 0:18, when the lady said the word fabulous, Logan made a smile(or a smirk). He probably was not comfortable with that adjective being used when he has makeup being applied on his face..
is kissing unhygienic?

I don't recommend blowing away excess powder. it's not profesional at all! avoid doing that.
minage2001 2 years ago 3
seeing as how she's telling men how to apply basic makeup, i think telling them to blow the excess off is fine. get over it

why is she blowing away her excess powder? Most top makeup artiste don't recommend that as it very unhygienic. They recommend tapping away. omg.
