You don't know the real Pat Robertson, Just because someone says I believe in Jesus, doesn't make them a christian. The devils also believe. We judge them by their fruits. It says if someone has hate in his heart towards a brother, by this we know that he is not in God, and that God is not in him.

My points are a) Anyone can say they are a christian and that fact can't be disputed just because they are also an asshole, and b) Being a christian does not make you a good, moral person, it's up to you. The area in which I take offense is when atheists use the method of logic you are using to discern that ALL Christians hate 'fags' and think US Marines to die.

If I claim to be Christian and at the same time do not follow in line with biblical teaching than I am certainly less of a Christian than someone who does.
In an area of moral belief systems it is not fair to gauge who is greater than the other. However in an area of religious practice and adhering to the principles of a teacher like Christ it is easy to discern a person who grasps and practices the teachings and someone who strays from them.

Why is it that people communicating with the dead, predicting the future, or having "visions" are now seen as satanic? When was the cut-off date? I think I might be the only atheist dude with a camera who hasn't made a video about Pat Roberts - mostly because all of the people to whom I'm subscribed had it covered before I even woke up that day :) But I like how you've taken this and broken it down in terms of an actual piece of dialog between you and a believer - I think it's important to emphasize that dialog.
Actually there are many different bibles and the protestant one is missing a bunch of books.
