  • im going in 2009 im going sorm

  • this is the way music is supposed to be played

  • lol i went to the one hit wonders

    one word LOVE HURTS

  • I went to that show, too... it was hilarious fun. BTW, I got that one all on tape and digitized also... some day I may put some of the better clips online here.

  • That was remarkable. Excellent work guys! Makes me wish I was 16 again!

  • that show must have been awesome

  • yay!

  • Very good especially the talkbox part...congratulations

  • CONGRATULATIONS to Dom (Lead Guitar / Vocals) and Chris (Keyboards) and Nick (Bass) for making West Coast Nationals School Of Rock All-Star Band 2008. I'm THRILLED if this video was one reason you made it. You've all improved a ton in the last year. Can't wait to see your all-star show when your band visits Salt Lake City! ALL of you play so well together as a group. (Matt, too!)

  • piano ???????????????

  • nice job, keep the gain down except for the last part of the outtro.

your skilled enough that you can play most of the song clean and it will still sound full

  • The Keyboard player sucked, messed up alot and was to loud

  • You should know that the video recording person (me) was standing RIGHT ON TOP of the house speaker, certain instruments are directed through certain speakers so you get a somewhat distorted mix of instruments. For example, the vocals are almost non-existent at the front of the stage, as are drums. It's possible the keyboard was directed more toward that speaker. The clarity is good, the mix wasn't the best.

  • I think the only reason the piano sucked was because he was trying to lower it. it was too loud compared to the other instruments.

  • Great homage to Frampton!!

  • Let me tell ya...the kid can play that lead guitar. The bassist was rocking out...excellent job. And the drummer was working his butt off. VERY GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • whats he doing with his mouth

  • wow, tough song to play. Guitar is great, vocals, well it's frampton by somebody else, bj,sdfjwhdf, jsv

  • this song was SO amazing live. i couldnt stop dancing! Chris is a wonderful guitarist, and personally, i dont think the keys are that bad. great job guys!

    PS:

roobah, thanks for putting up vids of us!

  • The piano is horrible, need to figure that out. otherwise, good job.

  • Alright already, we know the keyboard part is a bit weak and missing some of the "solo parts" on keys. Chris Stevenson is primarily a guitar player and singer ...

  • check out some of Chris' guitar playing and singing in other videos I have, k? (Particularly the Queen Show) I think someone mentioned he'd been playing keys for 3 months at the time of this show. Considering the time he's been playing a new instrument, it's okay (how did YOU sound after 3 months on keyboards?) The video still ROCKS!!! and it's one of my favorites.

  • What talk box is he using?

  • The Banshee amplified talkbox by Rocktron

  • ...forgot the most important part...Dom purchased the talkbox from Dano at Guitar Center. Dano is the man!

  • tht kid's a talented guitarist, and hes got a talk box to go along with his talent.

  • not great piano or voices

  • Ack!! Is that a Casiotone?! Otherwise a great rendition!!

  • Totally agreed. Matt's precision drumming seems not a huge focus and one tends not to notice - the song defintely would not have been as good without his help. HOWEVER, if you watch the last 90 seconds of this video, and that's my favorite part -- everyone is just rolling and Matt is right in there with the rest of them rockin' his heart out. Nice work Matt!

  • No, the piano is the worst part of this video. It's absolutely awful.

  • I never wanted to insult you by any means. you guys are very VERY talented when it comes to your instruments. By no means was i trying to insult or hurt you. If I casted the wrong impression, I apologise, but I am glad to see that they're taking lessons.

    PS There's a reason I don't sing in my video :p

  • Although this is perhaps one of the BEST 'sounding' shows ever put on by PGSORM for overall mix, you also must realize vocals are the WORST mixed part of this video, since they are projected to center of house and I'm taping far side stage. Maybe some day I'll get a soundboard audio to mix with future shows :)

  • Your piano player sucks.

  • get rid of the piano liverachi

  • dude needs singing lessons. both of you

  • you got skill man

  • not as good as frampty

  • way to play guitar and sing you got talent your going places

  • idk what to say

  • Dude: this is the next best thing to watching Frampton live. Tight as hell. Guitar. Bass. Keys, Drums. Sweet.

  • Nice Job! Love the period dress & hair!

check out our School Of Rock video too! 14 minutes, 50 seconds of Les Paul bliss!

  • Impressive

  • This is pretty much my favorite song i've ever played in a show, EVER!

  • I LOVE the balanced audio mix on this (whole show). For a PGSORM show, it's about as good as it gets. Excellent job guys!

  • aww... thats my oh so talented, kick ass brother....

  • From one SORer to another...Dude You ROCK!

  • Awesome Guitar/Talkbox! I am totally impressed!

  • Dom is a musical GENIUS! Clearly the product of a loving and supporting family who adores him in every way! Dominic Walker, you're my hero!

  • AWESOME.

  • Dom is a talented guitarist. Suspect we'll see more of him in the future.

  • Dom Walker you rock!!! I am soo impressed!! Awesome!!!

    Kim C.

  • Great job guys! The keyboard player here has been playing for only 3 months!

  • Amazing
