  • @sambass951 yeah metal would be better. this sluice definetly works better in an environment where there is lots of smaller gravel to do your set up. the big boulders are awkward with this sluice because it flexes out of shape

  • Mark,

When is the last time Pat had his cholesterol checked? He is a walking heart attack...

  • @sambass951 thats mean ur talking bout my uncle

  • I have only tryed mine out once, It is high quality plastic and silicone rubber. but it is also pretty flimsy. The pins do get bent and it seems like they could of done a much better job with the product design. It has the feel of an american made product but i am not certain. I cannot wait to get out again and use it though. It was definitely worth the 110$ including tax.

  • @IraSavatgy

If your going to sluice buy the original A52...Plastic will not last long.

  • how much do these go for

  • bet it was made in china

  • @9DragonMaster

Unlikely...They do there own injection and roto mold.

  • @9DragonMaster WAS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!! my uncels and everbody made it i watched them!

  • @101keene =))) I have a mini A51 Keene for backpacking, and a military camo bag that completely covers it even with the water scoop on. Replaced my carpet with some of the best miners moss out there, and love it! Tell uncle GJ! I almost bought this one instead of my mini. I plan on prospecting during storms that create steams not normally there on a placer claim. I'd much rather take material home, but in a storm sounds funner!

  • @9DragonMaster ok umm im srry i may have keene as my last name and umm the dude in the video is my uncel buti dont no half of wat u said

  • @101keene Know your family history!!! Keene makes the best sluices on the market and everyone knows that. I love my Keene A51 Mini sluice.

  • @9DragonMaster Umm okay???/

  • @101keene um okay? Your family should be rich about now, how bout um okayin some them nugs this way.

  • @9DragonMaster nope not rich and sheesh

  • WE WANNA SEE IT IN ACTION. YOU SHOULD MAKE A VIDEO OF THIS IN THE FEILD AND DO A CLEANUP WITH IT TOO

  • @lucasmorter

A sluice is a sluice. Whats there to see?

  • It works great !!!!

  • I wouldnt mind trying one, a highbanker version would be cool...

  • The ripple design is cool and looks very efficient. The apparatus itself well, the bits and pieces I can already understand what will happen out in the field. Inovation is good but I can't see this being practical at all, except to those who like toys that they use once and give up.

  • good idea but it looks to me that the hinge pins will either get lsot or bent then wont fit in all the way. but hey theres always new ideas to make things better. keep up the good work

  • Nice . Looks flimsy though. Is it? Looks like it twists and don't say flat.
