The Braves have been called such since 1912, while FSU became the Seminoles in 1947. The chop came from Neon Deion Sanders who brought it to ATL, I'll give you that, but the Braves have been a more consistently known National team than the 'Holes over the past Twenty Years. Ask anyone who watched TBS during the Afternoons while in school...

This was the first Braves game I ever attended at Turner Field. A lot of great memories from that night, but you're right about the Red Sox "fans". They were so annoying. It made it hard to enjoy the game. GO BRAVES in '07!!!
