Didn't the world meet in Brazil 20 years ago and decide what our so-called "leaders" decided again in Copenhagen. Where is the action that the threat of global warming demands?!?

they came up with 23 billion dollars to give to poor countries to start adapting and changing technology so it wasn't a waste of time. They have a good start for the Mexico summit next year.

They were meant to make a good end last week and then get on with implementing the changes that the science demands. The "good start" was meant to have happened 20 years ago.

Nothing will be effective until the big polluting nations take off their blinkers and understand that this planet recognises no arbitrary human borders and politics and that we have a planetary emergency which required a massive and immediate response ten years ago.
