samage, exercise can be done anywhere, even without a gym.. jogging near your blocks, shooting hoops, tennis, all free at your friendly neighborhood park and schools, haha. i have the wii fit, i like balance and cardio minigames but its not as effective when i'm outside, maybe i feel this cuz i'm usually active.. for inactive ppl, even the hula could be a burner.. maybe a little is better than none, but i always want to encourage ppl to go outside.. theres a life outside of video games.
