what is the difference between the car that have the 1rst gear down ( you should put the Shift lever down to have a first gear not like normal cars that have the first gear on the top)

Its called an H pattern Getrag transmission. The reason it is designed that way is so when you approach a corner at high speed you can use the forward momentum of the car and your hand going forward to slam the car in to 2nd gear while approaching the apex of your turn. They know you wont need to use 1st gear so they put 2nd where you might normally find 1st. Hope that helps.
@NoxNoctisUmbra a 2.5 16v engine is pretty big for a 4cyl

its a common problem. All about is a litlle plastic holder under the car that hold a plugs for gearbox. Cheap stupid thing
