I don't see anything different, other than Billy is in better shape in this video than he was in 82 when he was doing coke. The only thing that has changed that I can see is that he is in better shape, less peroxide, and I'm in worst shape than I was in 82". If you look at Jagger, he has always look strung out. Billy obviously cares about his body more than Jag. ever did.
