MrToonfish, I already fix my rig, I sended to YAESU and they changed something that cost 5 $ plus the work hours total 220 plus shipping (they never told me what they change), the reason of my rig's problem was probaly a static discharge as the Yaesu tech personal told me by phone, but I wolud like to know more about the MAIN CPU not correctly installed fault, symthomps? how did you fix it? please email me if yo can, find me on qrz.com 73's
MAIN CPU not correctly installed... I saved a number of friends rigs just with an RS-232 cable, CT-119 and old DELL LATITUDE D820 laptop ! Common problem with those entirely computer depending radios, like the TT ORION and so on...

Try rewrite / update (if not) the firmware. I once fail to update EDSP and it looks the same.
