This could probably be a collabo but i doubt very so. Being a veteran in graffiti scene, banksy should already knew what the do's and dont in graffiti culture. One should always respect the ones before you.

Banksy could have invited beef (disagreement) due to the fact that he didnt cover the whole wall and left bits of Robbo's old piece.

there are strict rules of graffiti. dont go over wot u cant urn unles uv gt beef wiv the person. a throwup goes over a tag and a piece goes over a throwup. dont go over a old piece tht has been there years. and 1 i made up stencils or wheatpastes shud never go over real graffiti.

Well if you actually look at the piece, the worker is putting Robbos original piece back up on a grey wall. Banksy is showing his respect for robbo by doing this and by itself a bunch of Toys were throwing up hit up on the piece alrdy.
