I'm Russian. We have some similar phrases in our language: "tvoyo zdorovie" , "na zdorovie" , "za zdorovie". The first and the third mean drinking toast "to health". The second means (word to word) "for health". We say it when we accept somebody to use our things. I've already heard in this song "vo zdravi". It is "(to be) in health".
