@wereaux I am not a feminazi. Here's an example, recently a fraternity sent out a survey to "get to know" pledging members and one of the questions was "If you could rape anyone who would it be?"
Thank you for this video. I just hate it when people tell women how to avoid getting harassed but never tell the perpetrator to stop harassing. It's a pain in the ass!
@AngryPunkPixie The exact point of my message! It is clearly more rampant in some cultures than in others. Especially, in cultures that consider women of less value than men. But I think that one day with education we will finally become a group of individuals who consider ourselves the human race treat others with respect. (Though, I am aware a utopia is not possible, nor ideal. I continue to hope for tolerance and respect!)
@JesusManson323 Your statement is so profoundly stupid that the fact that you even thought to utter it has me so thrown. Get yourself some culture and education, and learn a little about life and respect.
I completely understand that you are sick and tired of guys honking/yelling/whistling etc at you while walking down the street. I would be too, I'm sure that shit gets old real quick. And I agree that women are disrespected in many ways in todays male dominated society. BUT I think the term "rape culture" is a bit extreme in terms of getting honked at. I completely understand that getting honked at is disrespectful and wrong, but its in no way shape or form rape.
@MixedMartialFartist Wrong. Because you've never had to walk down the street and get accosted for not graciously accepting a "fat ass" compliment which therefore makes you a "rude ass bi***". Or cursed at in general, or harassed for money by someone who "isn't ignorant he just needs the help and you're being evil for not helping him like all women are", or had someone make sexual hand gestures, or slow their car down to stare at you, or ask you for sex and not let you get out of the way, etc.
@37thBlitz So, I'm sorry if I don't find it an extreme term, that men can treat you as they want because of how you look or the fact that you have breasts and they're interested and clearly your choice or feelings don't really matter. Because it's not about you, it's about them. You take away our safety and our choice and I would justify that, as many others have, as rape culture.
@37thBlitz Like I said, agree that women are objectified and disrespected in many ways by out culture, and I don't blame you at all for being frustrated with that. But it would be interesting to see how a woman who was actually raped would feel about equating lewd comments to actually being physically raped.
@MixedMartialFartist Which further proves that you don't understand that it's not a frustration with lewd comments and objectification. It's not just about disrespect. It's about the fear and the lack of control over any environment you're in, because you don't have that control. Because you can't have to decide what's reaction is least likely to get me into more trouble. Women whom have been raped physically can feel that same fear threefold, that all women feel on a daily basis.
@ytams1 You are an ignorant fool. If men respected women they wouldn't whistle, shout, holler, etc. while we walk down the street. Furthermore, a NORMAL world means that women DO NOT require chaperones to go out. What planet do you live on? Better yet what century? You need to get educated, because I cannot fathom where you would think your statement isn't anything but ridiculous.

There is no such thing as "rape culture". It's all a figment of your disturbed imagination.

@wereaux Right, my disturbed imagination. Your ignorance, is exemplary.

@37thBlitz All I can really say in the face of such feminazi ignorance is prove it! Show me the evidence for such an absurd notion.

In 25 years, you're going to long for the days when men found you interesting enough to honk at you. Get a man and work within the system.

@37thBlitz I live on the third planet from the sun. You live in a Disney film for children.

@ytams1 I would say the idiot that thinks women need chaperones is the one who lives in a Disney film for children.
Which, talk about redundancy. Your ill-attempt at snide humor would work better if your argument not only worked, but wasn't so contrived.

Men do respect you. If they did not they would beat you up. The world normal is women only leave home with a chaperon.
