I have this theory that the best gifts are things that people would never normally buy themselves, but would be benificial. For example, Zippo lighters; most people would never buy one because a 49p lighter will do the same job, but they would like one, and at £10 - £40 and many different styles there's one for everybody. Just think of what they enjoy, what they need to accomplish it, and get them a better version of what they have.
