Sure he is from NC but they just billed him from VA, later in 1997, when he and Matt got attacked by Kane, they then billed them from being from Cameron, NC, as for people saying jeff is from Charlotte, it actually Cameron, not Charlotte. And this was during the ECW vs. WWF, original invasion.
