What is the "right to exist as a Jewish state" - it includes the implicit acceptance that special measures are legitimate in protecting the Jewish nature of the state through racist laws and the ethnic cleansing. Notice that no borders are set in this formula - thus the Jewish state decides that it needs more land to preserve its transcendental Jewish character. Israel is the only state on earth that does not recognise its having borders - this is why the Border Police is everywhere there.

Anyone remember the Siege of Sarajevo? Why is it OK in this case? Just to think, this is because Henry Kissinger thought of a new obstacle to peace in the mid-70s when the PLO accepted the two-state solution - that moving of the goalposts is the unprecedented "right to exist" nonsense that demands of one side that it accepts as just the racist measures taken against it in terms of ethnic cleansing, an openly racist regime, and so forth.
