Stage 2 kits have secondary injectors and run a 1:1 regulator. Stage one kits use an fmu. You can make 300 with a stage one, but that's it's limit. Stage 2 kits are good up to 450. My bike shown made what it did on wastegate. I dyno my bikes just to get a baseline, then street and track tune the rest. Also this bike has an 7in stretch on in, which eats up a bit of hp. This dyno is also honest. A few days later on the same boost the bike made 34 more hp on a Harley dealership dyno. same model.

My question is what makes this a "stage 2"? I have done complete internals (crank, rods, low comp pistons, base spacer, and timed cams and what not and am making 300 hp at the wheel on pump gas, daily driven... So why would mine be a stage one and yours a stage two? Not trying to sound rude the the stage this or stage that confuses me.... Have I gone up a stage without knowing it? Lol. But really though, can you help me and explain the real difference here with stage one or two?
With a stage 2, you can run stock internals with a .08 spacer plate with a good head gasket, and cylinder studs, and make 300hp. Then if you do internals, most stage 2 kits will make 450hp.
I have an ams1000, just haven't had the chance to install it, so I'm just running waste gate just to tune it. The msbc uses the same solenoids as the ams, but as far as anything past that, I don't know. The ams can be used just fine on the street, as long as you set up the voltages just right for gear based boost.
Thank you, it's actually very tame to street ride. The hardest part about riding it is anticipating wheel spin. It does it at almost any speed in any gear. It would of made closer to 300whp but didn't being any bigger wastegate springs with me. Look at my other videos, I have one I just posted called 50-130.
@onesfallendream are u using a BC? im contemplating a MSBC or an AMS 1000 for mine. cant really decide. im putting 240 on the first stage and 310 on the second stage (pump gas / meth). I keep hearing that the MSBC from exile or deeds or whoever is makn them now is a better application for the street being gear based.

is there any internal work that needs to be done for stage 2?
