tmobile canceled its web service for the LX 2009, so its only a talk and text phone , and it doesnt have wifi so u cant use the myspace, twitter, or facebook . So no internet at all on tht fone, so if u bought in the last 3 months u fucked yourself! Just like I did

I don't think this phone is worth switching from att over... but if you plan on getting one unlocked.. looks like a pretty decent around the house phone being that everything has wi-fi now.. you would not even need to use your sim to access your androids wifi and I'm sure without the shitty 3g it will save tons of battery life also =]

hi i have the sidekick lx 09 but somehow when i insert the t mobile sim it doesnt prompt me to register it? the phone was baught from a previous owner. do i have to register or sign in so i can use the new sim card?so that the signal bar stop blinking ??? .. is there any code to enter so it can prompt me to sign in or is it suppose to be automatic? new to sidekick sorry.

if the Sidekick was bought by someone else and then sold it to you all you have to do is buy the 3G sim card from T Mobile, it doesnt ask to register but when thats done its your, if theres a problem with losing your signal then yes you can blame the phone because all sidekicks have bad signal, i had the 08,LX and now i have the 09 and the signals arent good in any of them

Nice review. Thinking about upgrading. The screen being flimsy is good! It swivels. They made it like that so it WOULDNT break and would give if bent or if it falls, and it's made to do that so it tilts when its flipped out! Not a bad thing. I heard the keyboard on these were sticky and awkward and that the 2009 is glitchy! ?

1.call customer service

2.if #1 fails, go to a t-mob store.

Well u should i had at&t for a month and i had the unlimited talk n txt n to be honest i didnt like it and the web was very expensive and they over charged me on it. So i switched over to tmobile n i pay like $15-$20 more a month wid my sidekick slide on an unlimited txt n web plan
