Dear All,

I have some questions about psychology:

(1) Why do we love flying?

(2) Why do we enjoy to design and to build new aeroplane look like insect and other natural living organisms?

(3) Why do we like to imagine that an aeroplane looks like living organisms? (eg. 747 = whale, 787 as dolphin)

1. Because we as a ground based being, gifted and cursed with the ability to think beyond our self, want to do what we are unable. We want what we don't have or can't do. So we find a way.

2. Because if nature says birds and incests can fly, then obviously they are doing something right, so we look to them for inspiration on designs.

3. We as humans associate things with other familiar objects. Personally I see them as what they are. Machines, but grand machines.
