When people ask me about success in life I normally say being persistent and never giving up. But the truth is there are people who simply do not show up or get started at all. The vid says it like it is.

One year awhile back, I had several employees that had trouble showing up. I started marking x's on the calender when someone was late or missing. The calander started turning red. Very red. I got rid of them all and things got a lot better. You should never put up with that in business.

Now I see the error of my ways. So when I make appointments and don't bother turning up or I won't make or take calls or I ignore customers completely I'm unlikely to be successful? You're kidding? OK, so having cleared that up, I'm now determined to just 'show up' (getting out of bed, showering after dressing a major prerequisite - noted) and apparently I'm already on my way to 90% greater success.
