  • Ah yeah right he was scottish. The rest I know. I have a blog about him, so I know almost anything of him^^ But thx anyway.

  • Ugh, Jacks voice makes me faint all the time I hear him again. And oh my god, my lucky great granny had the luck to meet his guy as he played in England *__* I wish there was more clips of him to find on the net. Or pics... and ugh.. he's just like Fred ... only that he's british *__* what a wonderful man ♥

  • @ChrisWalkenFan Actually Jack Buchanan was Scottish......an amazing entertainer, singing and dancing his way through dozen of hit West End shows in the 20's and 30's, with a touch of suave glamour, and top class style. Unique performer.

  • reminiscent of an enchanted era...... and used in alan bennett's " an englishman abroad"......... guy burgess in moscow....

    thank you for the upload

  • I had always thought this song belonged to Judy Garland. But I was wrong. This number is amazing no matter who recorded it. And the quality of the sound we hear

    is excellent.

  • Binnie Hale and Jack Buchanan were another one of my favorite duos in the 1920's. I bought this record when it was released. Binnie Hale was also good in the 30's.

  • I only happened on Jack Buchanan through the film of the "Bandwagon". What a star. Love this!
