  • Fuck Chuck Norris, Anthrax defying gravity

  • where is dimebag===???

  • there's a little bit of anthrax on the wing!

  • one of the few musics I like with John Bush on Anthrax!!

  • This stuff is vile mindrot

  • @011heinz then why come and watch the vid? if you dont like it dont watch it and then slate it to people who like it, just cause you dont like it doesnt make it rubbish...

  • You young'uns LOL need to watch the Twilight Zone Movie... It's 3 stories... The one with Jon Lithgow is what this vid is based on.

  • @normynoless I'm probably much younger than you are, but I believe this video is based on the original Twilight Zone episode starring William Shatner, made 2 decades before the story with Jon Lithgow.

Anyways, this video is bomb! \m/

  • @NathanArnoldCharging YES, it is... Very good youngster.. Twilight Zone is one of my fave shows...

  • Heavy Alice in Chains influence here.. love it!

  • mtv actually plays this stuff?

  • when MTV was metal television !

  • @90sPANTERA sadly MTV put that video on the new version of Headbanger's Ball, only Saturday mindnight... MTV lost music videos of metal at late 80's

  • @Fratimusic i saw this video on headbangers ball :D

    sick program

  • @chubblesextreme me 2 you live in australia? cos thats what dragged me to this vid \m/

  • @chubblesextreme i second that, there should be back again even saturdays midnight or other time that is not "prime time" im sure agressive music lovers will like!!

  • I actually cant stop listening to this, such a fuckin beast!

  • THE MAIN RIFF IT'S SOOO PANTERA!!!

  • @SYNYSTER264 the guitar solo was made by Dimebag Darrell, so maybe the rythms as well were written by him...

  • ACHEI LEGAL...

  • MASSA MUITO LEGAL ADD NO PERFIL MYSPACE

  • If ANTHRAX was in The TWILIGHT ZONE Movie, The MONSTER on the Wing would be MOSHING 4 Sure >:D

  • John Bush rules on this song better than Belladonna ever could!!!!!!!

  • @sepulthrax Fuck you buddy. Belladonna IS ANTRHAX

  • @SMWhit3out FUCK YOU man I never got personal but your seem like a complete asshole! Why are you even here if you do not like BUSH you faggot!

  • @sepulthrax Because I honestly wanted to hear how bad this album was, And I was right. its terrible. Im not an asshole, im just not a poser like you are. Anthrax is Spreading the Disease, Among the Living, State of Euphoria, and Persistence of Time. Not this washed up bullshit. JOEY. BELLADONNA.

  • @SMWhit3out How in the hell am I am poser if I have been a metal fan since the 80's? The Bush albums could have very well been recorded with Joey singing on them since Scott & Charlie write all the music anyway! Would that make u happy motherfucker? And State of Euphoria?? LOL This shit is MUCH fucking heavier!!!!!

  • different from classic Thrax but still good.

  • Comment removed

  • awsome twilight zone reference!

  • guilt. and fucking around on your girl.

  • anyone wanna explain what this song is about?

  • @ThrashinMoshPit666 "I've eaten from the insane root that imprisons reason." Basically, I do stupid things for no reason.

  • fucking love this

  • That chick is hot.

  • 90s anthrax is cool, cuz not many thrash bands from the 80s could pull off the 90s sound and be cool with it

  • @ThrashinMoshPit666 So true!

  • To za czasów jak na MTV jeszcze pierdolonych murzynów nie puszczali

  • @TheSzit EXPLAIN.

  • @vomit49894 I can't speak in english. I know only basic phrases and I use google translate xd

  • Only my opinion but the worst song with John Bush is still better than the best Anthrax song with Belladonna. I was just never able to take Anthrax seriously with Joey singing, something about his voice. Totally only one man's opinion. I'm just bummed John bailed but can't say I blame him.

  • @louhazosc so I take you don't like one of the best albums they EVER spit out... Among the Living.

  • @JosecCuervo Don't get me wrong I have every Anthrax album. Just looked at the track listing though and Among the Living is goofy as hell. I am the Law, Caught in a Mosh, Among the Living, goofy song subjects and lyrics, with killer riffs. I know they were intentionally being a heavy band with a sense of humor and Joey's voice enhanced that. I'm just saying once the Sound of White Noise out their sound improved 100 times over...to me.

  • @louhazosc I understand your point if I were to see that track listing for the 1st time.but those track names were indeed, intentional, they do have a goofy sense of humor. looking at that in 2011 is a hell of a lot different than being a a 16 year old kid in 1987 and picking this up for the 1st time. It was the birth era of Thrash Metal and this one one of the heaviest records of that time. You need to get past the name titles. ATL was based on Stephen King's novel "The Stand".

  • @JosecCuervo Totally, I remember seeing them live as a teen and thought it was great that Dan was wearing Jams shorts with the Jetsons on them, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on his Jackson V, etc. They were a lot of fun. Oh yeah, I remember The Stand - follow me or die. Cheers

  • @louhazosc Indians is a song about prejudice, Caught in A Mosh is about Scotts love and his experiences during a Mosh pit.. if you ever done a mosh pit you know what the songs talk about. I am the Law was based on a Judge Dredd comic book, One World is a song about World Peace and how we are all the same. Skeletons in the Closet is about a nazi that went to live in america after the war and then was found and instead of going to jail he decides to go down in a "blaze of glory".

  • @JosecCuervo I'm still looking for the deeper meaning behind 'Caught in a Mosh' and 'I am the Law". Is that about Sly Stallone? Just messing about. I know Scott was a huge comic/Dredd fan. I do remember how much I loved that album when it came out. Skeletons is still probably my fav on it.

  • @louhazosc yup, I am the Law is based on the comic book Judge Dredd not the movie with Stallone....it's not even in the soundtrack for the movie (they are making another Dredd movie by the way)

Caught in A Mosh, some people say it's about moshing, some people say its about stupid people and moshing.. some people say its about arguing with racist people.... still a fun song.

  • @louhazosc Imitation of life It's about the music industry first and foremost, but it's also about fake persons, and about how money changes people - changes so much that they'd sell their mothers (or friends...). NFL is about a guy who OD'ed... if I remember rights it's a song about John Belushi........ lets get past the Goofy titles and find the ACTUAL meaning of their songs....this album rocks.... if you like John bush... that is great.. I like those records too....

  • Where was dimebag though i didn't see him

  • i love this twilight zone episode. i was half expecting them to be dressed like gremlins though

  • this guy must be a JB fan...pussy - I'd be ordering a beer and some headphones for that shit!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • '' There's something on the wing''

  • i do like both vocalists

  • дерьмо

  • That was times, when Mtv played REAL MUSIC!!!

  • I wish Thrax would play for me when I'm travelling. Winning.

  • .............This is Anthrax? Holy shit, I am again reminded why Thrash died in the 90s.

  • is dimebag in this video or he is just playin in the song??

  • did anyone see dimebag in this video?

  • They should have had William Shatner reenact his role from the Twilight Zone episode.

  • this song makes me wanna kill hamsters!

  • @metallicaguyanddude You scare me.

  • @ArgHamster good

  • @metallicaguyanddude you're fuckin insane xD

  • @fuckinliveinsin in a good way or bad i wannna be both

  • I'd pay to see someone hanging onto dear life on a wing going over 300mph!

  • Twilight Zone ftw!

  • Having Anthrax playing a kick ass song on the wing of your plane in front of your window. Now THATS is in flight entertainment. I feel seriously ripped off with what I get.

  • @Lodestar1977

    I second that

  • @spitty4986 If you young'uns never saw Twilight Zone: The Movie, circa 1984... This is where they got the idea. It's a few shorts that make the movie, but I'll never forget the scene that spawned this vid... Google the movie and look for John Lithgow...

  • @normynoless ...and if you want to go even further back, William Shatner starred in the original Twilight Zone episode from the early 60's.

  • @ladyevil64 my bad I just posted that before I read your post, All your credit ladyevil.

  • @Lodestar1977 If anthrax is playing I'll buy a plane ticket,LOL

  • @Lodestar1977

    indeed!

  • @Lodestar1977 It's a spin off of an old Twilight Zone episode with William Shatner, didn't know if you knew, just a little trivia.

  • @Lodestar1977 Maybe if Joey Belladonna was there instead..

  • My fave song from Anthrax, taken from a sadly overlooked album 'vol 8:The threat is real' is a great album. John Bush FTW, awesome vocalist.

  • @TrephineArtist I second that, man. All of it.

  • is that anthrax????????????????????????????????

  • gotta be my favorite song by these guys....just got a sound that makes you want to flip a car....lol

  • both are awesome vocalists!yah it was william shatner in that airplane on the twilight zone1lol!r.i.p. dime i miss u!!!!!

  • both were good vocalists let it be!!!!

  • I started listening to these guys when State of Euphoria came out. I liked them but never wanted to buy any of it. But when I heard Sound of White Noise,I felt this took the band to an elite level with Bush singing. Just my thoughts...that was when I did start buying there stuff.

  • @owens072 and 70% of their old fanbase stopped bying their stuff *lol*

  • Twilight Zone, 1963? or cerca with a very young William Shatner, aka Captain Kirk.

  • story of my life

  • cant believe they cut so much of the dime solo out

  • I bought the home video Attack of the Killer A's when I 17 and this song become the soundtrack of many party's.

  • Yeah did'nt John Lithgow do that similar scene in The Twilight Zone Movie(1983)? At least it looked like him...

  • back in mtvs glory days

  • this video is dumb. man would not endure flying on the plane wings. they would fall out

  • @balerinauzicka That's not the point of the video. If you would have read one of the highest rated comments, you would know its based on a Twilight Zone episode. And anything is possible in the Twilight Zone.

  • @supercrazyblondeguy and drums wouldnt endure on the wings of plane an the speed is too high and they dont have amps. and how it is possible that bald guy teleports himself inside and outside of the plane. and video is made in 90-ties, how it is possible that people are black and white? many mistakes in this video. I would sue the company/

  • Whats that? oh iits nothing, just Anthrax shootiing a music video on the wing

  • BRING METAL BACK TO MTV DAMMIT!

  • @GPXgirl I agree, all crappy pop and boy band music or sucky artists.

  • Anthrax is so underrated. BMF!!

  • yeah the one originally with william shatner, than the movie with john lithgow or however you say his name. I really like this song and vid.

  • I am a fan of both John Bush & Joey Belladonna. But Anthrax should have changed their name during the John Bush era, because they are a totally different band with a more "hard rock" & "groove" sound than when they were a thrash metal band ...not saying against Bush or the songs, but you can't ignore the complete change in song-writing and style. With that being said, I hope they now will go back to writing the kind of "Thrash Metal" songs which helped shape their identity in the first place.

  • great video, Anthrax is good with John or Joe, both are differents but both were great singers

  • I will be so awesome if I can sing this as good as that guy :O

  • The Bush era was the best Anthrax era.

  • short hair no thrash

  • @LaGeeee1 What? Are you kidding me? Who cares about the hair lol.

  • @Ammeba01 ahahah nothing! I was just talkin about stereotypes in the music sphere lol

  • fuck yea trashmetal for life

  • @GHeroandRScape u mean thrash

  • @MultiSkeets wow really? wht u with the fucn spelling police? really do u care... this is not skool

  • this looks like an episode from the twilight zone

  • love this song!

  • dont consider this song thrash metal...

    but anyway, great song ;D

  • @salvarodavlassng this is groove metal

  • 'its john bush' <-- and ?

  • @aperitive It states in the videodescription that his name is "Josh Bush". Maybe the guy was trying to bring clarity in that.

  • its john bush

  • cool song.

  • creaping features life is a joke

  • damn straight

  • gooooood

  • Awesome video. Only like the 3rd time I've seen it. I love the Twilight Zone theme. Vol. 8 was a great album, too bad it was so hard to find for a long time. I actually lucked out and bought the album on a whim and loved it. Hopefully Bush comes back and stays where he belongs.

  • chingon

  • Great song and great video!

  • haha like the twilght zone

  • great song, but i prefer the full version. video edit sucks it.

  • Well in my opinion this album is the best.

  • amazing band always

  • Awesome. Hail Anthrax. RIP, Dimebag Darrel.

  • is just me or does listening to this song make you wanna ball up your fist.... you know.... "just in case"....?

ps LOVE to drive to this song...

  • make that two fists!

  • where's dimebag?

  • Comment removed

  • yer but he was the lead guitarist for this song. he aint in the band

  • Yeah I know, it was only a temporary thing tho. I read what the guy wrote wrong. I thought he meant like in the whole band.

  • chunder!!! this is the best? i'll never listen anything else from anthrax....

  • my favourite song from this guys,

    its like candys for kids

  • anyone have an mp3 or download of this song they can share?

  • lol, yeah dude belladonna era thrax is the real deal. this is one of the better bush era tunes....infectious chorus.

  • Totally underrated and totally great song!

  • Comment removed

  • Rest in Peace Dime! This song owns period!

  • I meant along, not onlong. Sue me, I can't type when I'm drinking.

  • Fuck you!

  • Thanks for this vid spitty. My favourite Anthrax song, in fact one of my all time faves, period. So underrated, most other so called greats would have trouble making such an awesome song. I wish Anthrax still made music like this with John Bush showing his true class.

  • I've eaten from the insane root that prisons reason.

  • wonderful, one of the best of Anthrax. Bush is a great in this video

  • great song,great band,great video 5 stars.

  • man i love this song! is amazing!! muy buena!

  • me too dude, i wish i had volume 8................good cd my dad has it but hes a asshole.

  • I like the song.but what is the meaning of the video?

  • It's a parody of the old twilight zone episode where a man who's afraid to fly sees a monster ripping up the wing of the airplane. They did a remake in Twilight Zone movie too. It's very freaky.

  • Thanks dude i thought i it was something like that.

  • You know if they had a soundtrack on the movie this song should be on it.

  • The movie came out years before this song.

  • @960random Theres a Bugs Bunny parady too, the one when Bugs sees a gremlin on the wing

  • yeah but it's okay for muslims to put video's off people shooting marines but i can't see a fucking anthrax video...go figure...

  • WTF? you should be alble to listen to ur own music u like. god this is like that revolver magazine where that boy and his cousin couldn't carry marylin mansion or korn cds or wer anything from hot topic or they be expelled...........WTF?

  • well that's my point. Yuotube takes video's off for infringing copyright, meanwhile they let muslims show video's of themselves stepping on the american flag??? Is this okay,,, i don't think so

  • god damn youtube...............im with u all the way on this dude.

  • thanks bro...

  • anytime bro...........

  • Bush/Beladonna.

Both great singers, true fans like both.

  • from one spitty to another this shit rocks...these guys are great

  • The bush/belladonna argument will go on forever its just depends when you got into the band and what age you were - the first anthrax album I heard was persistence of time I was 14 when that came out I then followed the band right through the bush era, white noise, stomp, 8 ect, they are both good singers with different styles, bush is a louder stronger singer but joey can hold notes much better, anyway if you are a true die hard anthrax fan then you can't argue one is better than the other -
