I find it amusing that so often in art and videogames women warriors have such impractical armor, what's the point in wearing a metal chest piece if all it's protecting are your breasts? Why wear combat gear that leaves your bully open to attack?
I know women of the woad would stalk Romans in the woods wearing little more than furs and paint but they were tribal religious zealots.
The image at 3:05 is really cool btw, refreshing collection, a lot of these actually look like warriors.
@GodlessInfinity Yeah, the whole "chainmail bikini" and other outfits like that are just ridiculous. They drive me nuts, and it makes the women seem like complete bimbos and boneheads.
@VampireShadowQueen93 yeah but a woman wearing full plate mail is just as ridiculous, unless the plates covering the butt cheeks are missing.
leave the hard work to the men and make sure there's a nice warm meal and a barrel of ale waiting for him when he comes home dressed in the blood of his enemies...and then blow him
@DevilBoyDoc All your comment shows me is a very narrow view of women, perhaps that's how you've been raised, I don't know. Perhaps you have no strong women in your life, and for this I am sorry. Some women are terrible in kitchens, like myself. I hope that one day you will come to understand that women aren't just there for looks, food, and sex.
@VampireShadowQueen93 Actually my wife is the strongest woman I know, and yes on occasion I do remind her to get back in the kitchen but it is tongue in cheek and the riposte by her is usually quick and sharp...and sometimes acompanied by flying objects if truth be told. No real offence intended here, not here to start troll war, just stir the pot a little.
