  • Jesus is answer to all problems, give the lord your problems.

  • Sure looks great, but you know what's even more awesome? I'm gonna run the Brocken marathon next month!

  • Great Video, 5 Stars! Ive just come back from a really great week there!

  • We visited this year only short Quedlinburg, so time wasn`t enought for to go with this excellent old streamtrain. Many thanks for this very nice video

    here :-)

I created a video about Quedlinburg, you can watch it here.

    Many greetings from Finland !

  • Its nice the i live in the near of the Harz.

  • ein tipp: eine seite, wo man videos einfach aufs handy holen kann, ohne software und so was, nur die URL muss man angeben. und funktioniert super!!!! ☺ bei viif . de / video-mitnehmen

  • okay i understand ! sometimes you have to make music...

  • the pictures are nice...but why the music....

  • because there was alot of background noise from the train and other people around me.

  • Great !

    Congratulations

  • Love this video...this is where I am from...:)

reminds me of good times...did you also go on the Wurmberg?

  • Hi,

    Thank you for this video!

I was there this June and it was really amazing! A beautiful wood, a nice place, everything was great!

The trip takes about 2 hours to the top.

    bye,

    Melinda from Hungary

  • How long do you have up at the Broken mountain?

  • Never took the opportunity to go there while I was in Germany; wish I had. Nice video.

  • Had a great trip to the top in 2000, was so windy and foggy when we got there, enjoyed the traditional weiner and pea soup at the restaurant and firewater below. Amazing how many hikers there are. Much like Mount Washington Cog Railway in New Hampshire. But the Broken train speed is much faster.

  • Your video is great and I've rated it as awesome. Please check out mine on some 1920's railway centenary tobacco cards and a short clip of the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch miniature railway.

  • Was this an ordinary service train or an organised excursion?

  • The train is actually the only way to get up to the top of the mountain. I live in Germany, and went with a friend of mine who thought this would be fun to see. (no, not organized by travel group)

  • Those steam trains are the ordinary trains on the HSB(Harzer Schmalspurbahnen) narrow gauge net. This net is relative big and has regulary steam trains running.

  • why here?

  • because it was part of a day trip through Quedlinberg and other places in Germany.
