    WU-TANG: Dope beats as f***

wiz khalifa: Stealing beat from I'm Kurious to make ink my whole body sound good.

WU-TANG: Dope ass flows, never a weak rhyme and each rapper original, just bein thereself.

wiz khalifa: Sounds like every rapper today and flows like he's readin lyrics at a 2nd grade reading level.

  • @hufer95 I agree brah. I'm 45 & grew up on all the 80's-90's hip-hop & rap. We all know times change, people, music ,technology ect. but Today's whack ass music is not hip-hop. It's just watered down garbage that promotes weed, cocaine, bling, cars, money, bithces,ho's,drank ect. Whiz khalif, kanye west,T.I.,big sean, ace hood, gucci mane, souljah boy, nikki manaji, lil wayne & others have not 1 ounce of lyrical fucking skills at all. It's just bubblegum,pre-school,materialistic shit the industry promotes.

  • @str8outtatexas1 I agree too. This era was so amazing, also Digable Planets, Souls Of Mischief, Gangstarr, etc.. They all groove and their word play is intelligent.. Lil Wayne is so broke I and can't flow if at all..

  • @bradleyt1 -so true brah

  • @str8outtatexas1 Exactly.....The music was about fun and life. Not the gangsta life that most of these rappers never lived.

  • Why can't Lil Wayne or Gucci come up with something like this.

  • This was rap music yall!!!

  • I wish kids in my high school listened to dope tracks like this. I'm tired of this mac miller taylor gang shit.

  • Yo these niggas here NICE!!! R.I.P 90's!!!! Somebody please Resuscitate!!!!!

  • this shit made me run out and buy a system in highschool

  • da jam..houston-TEXAS SOUTHERN

  • I have to say, hip-hop from the old days ruled the airwaves big time, and this video is the real deal!!! It's a real shame the same music from today is rubbish, totally rubbish!!!!!!!!

  • certainly one of the best especially that beat packing power

  • ONE OF THE HARDEST BEAT IN HIP HOP....

  • This track still sounds ill in 2011.

  • I've seen your kind before you're not original

Just a sick mixed up individual

Giving up the crotch for a fresh gold watch

Marking off the goods you got going up another notch

Your ways and actions are like those of a savage

If the price is right, then anyone can ravage

  • You was fly once now you losing all your fronts....

  • im 38 i been addicted to hip hop since i was 11 i love old school but i still buy and listen to new hip hop music apathy kendrick lemar evidence of dialated people's has a great new album out called cats n dogs 9th wonder has a great new album out also phonte j cole i even like drake theres still great music being made

  • The only hip-hop I love and respect is hip-hop from the 1980s and most of the 1990s. I'm sure there is good hip-hop nowadays, but overall, it's all bullshit. Brand Nubian is a million times greater than any group that exist now.

  • fantastico!!!

  • 90'S HIP HOP ......WHEW .....BREATH OF FRESH AIR

  • you epeidepno-dep and you run right in her.

  • I still love this album. 1990!

  • This is a super censored version.

  • remember girl, love can't be found in a pill or a bag...

  • 5th grade jam

  • classic!

  • They were a very talented group, intelligent hip-hop, not that gang bangin' bulshit out west that was (and still is) selling itself to delusional middle American white kids that saw urban life like some kind of glamourized movie. I did have one beef with BN though when they first hit the scene in NYC. Outwardly racist lyrics on some tracks. Just the truth.

  • @ungodd not racist ...just truth..nothing they said was ever racist..

  • @nutlil2 Really? From Wake Up: "Of drugs, controlled substances contained in a vial

Set up by the devil as he looks and he smiles" Blaming the white man for crack.

"The devil's still causing trouble amongst the righteous people

    Drugs in our community

    Can't even get a job

    Poisoning our babies

    Lying who is God

Everythings the white mans's fault? Like I said very talented group but maybe if they read the Malcolm X's autobiography all the way to the end they would "Wake Up"

  • @ungodd yeah whatever...still think they speack the truth!!!! let me guess your white?

  • @nutlil2 So I confront you with facts and your answer is yeah whatever? And no, I'm not White I'm Hispanic. i just know ignorance, prejudice and fear when i hear it.

  • @ungodd not all of malcolm x ideaolgies were on point later in his life so dont follow anyone blindly.....

  • @ungodd You are a fucking idiot with your stupid assumption. Brand Nubian did not equate the devil with the white man, dumbass. It's you who is equating the devil with the white man. I guess to you any musician, especially one that's black, that says "devil" must be talking about white people. Sounds like you're the one who's stereotyping. And stop using words like "racist" so much when there's nothing racist about this group.

  • @tolldoll100 I'm not going to reciprocate your foul mouthed hatred. But thanks for proving my point about ignorance.

  • @ungodd It's not hatred (you don't know what that is, too). I'm destroying your ignorant comment about this group (you also don't know what that word means, too).

  • @tolldoll100 Judging by your grammar you're either 9 years old, retarded or both. Since I don't converse with the feeble minded such as yourself I'll conclude with something more on your level: Duuuh...whatever....shut up! (you also too don't know too what that also means also...derp!)

  • @ungodd My grammar? Why don't you take a look at your comment and see the mistake you made? Unlike you, I always proofread my statements before I click "Post." From what you're saying, it sounds like you don't have an actual rebuttal. I think you should stop now.

  • @tolldoll100 You're retarded.

  • @ungodd honestly, you are a know-it-all. There is only truth here, and if you would like to equate it with racism then you can, but it is ignorance and you're not going to stop anyone that really likes their music by calling everyone imbeciles. If you rrally care that much then get off your butt and go do something if your ideas about them are so much above everyone else's.

  • @THEAfroSpeller If i point something out I'm a know it all? And you say there is only truth here. Anyone who sees the world in such absolutes is fooling themselves. And I'm not trying to stop anyone from liking their music, i liked them from the first time i heard a tape back in the day. I can recite all the lyrics from their first album. But I'm not going to let their talent blind me of the intertwined prejudices. The world is not black and white, it's more complicated. And that's the truth.

  • @ungodd you make good points in this matter, but at certain points you still have to know when to attack and when to defend. Your points mean nothing if people aren't willing to listen to them.

  • @ungodd if people hold shit inside and dont speak the truth then nothing will change!

  • If you don't like this you should smack with a hose filled with sand.

  • @djones3448 yeah haha

  • WE GREW UP WITH THE MOST ORIGINAL HIP HOP ARTISTS

  • This song made me go out and buy a system for my Suzuki Samurai!

  • @sychophantt Oh snap!

  • i still have these ol' school songs on cassettes. =D grand puba is one of my favs

  • 2:59-3:00? "You be in it no be dup"? Please give me the uncensored version!...

  • So sad that we will never back to the message in the music. This was feel good music we all knew the "mighty queen of viles" in our neighborhood message music is what kept me from engaging in that life. If music didn't set moods folks wouldn't swear by panty droppers such as Al Green, The Isleys and so on. Violence begets violence, ignorance begets ignorance just my 2 cents. Enjoy :)

  • You was fly once now youre losin all your fronts... lol.

  • 95 was tht sht but 88 was the greatest year of hip-hop shout out to rick da ruler and all the artist tht made tht year a classic
