I discovered that trick when i played the game long time ago, I was just trying to see how many monster there were in there....wen i ran in the screens after the soccer blob XD i was like.....WTF'?? LOL NO MORE MONSTERS YAY XDD

when the blob is trapped in the cage throw him a cola jelly bean the bubble forms then pops.first time the whole screen turned blue and only the blob remained frowning and slowly fell off the screen the 2nd time the bubble popped and you just die.

i remember owning this game.. and playing it all the time. i once or twice made it to the keyhole but never had the beans..i found this game was really bizarre, i realize the treasure was for buying vitamins.. i thought there was actually going to be a boss fight.... and anyways, i was wondering if you have ever collected all the treasure? because there was one underwater i never could get.. it was on the bottom of the pool, surrounded by spikes.. any ideas..i hope i can find the cartridge again

That is a really cheezy ending, but that's one of the things about NES that I like.

How did you get that bowling ball trick to work? I never could do it.

It's kinda tough. You just let it go right at the edge of the screen without going there yourself. Then don't touch any part of the controller. The camera stays on the coconut instead of you and it's supposed to let you see what's coming up, but a lot of the enemies are designed to only show up once. Once you see them with the coconut, they don't come back when you take yourself on the screen.

My part one video shows that in full and the best spots to use it.

You're supposed to use the Vitablaster, but I've always used the coconut too.
