  • He is using no leverage, no arch, bringing the bar to the lower chest, Very very and very strong! period!!

  • very nice, good job bro

  • Damn i wish i had short arms!

  • good lift man

  • perfect form dude

you should be playing with 425+

  • thats one mad man lol perhaps we've found ourselves a HULK

  • damm crazy ass mutherfucker

  • I love it----if ppl don't lock out, then "they aren't doing ANY reps, it doesn't count", and, if they DO go full ROM, then, the plates are fake....lmfao,

This dude's a strong mo-fo, every rep was quality..

  • EXCELLENT!!!

  • why dont ppl ever use clamps!!! it scares me to watch vids with ppl ot using em

  • clamps? why would you ever need them? 45 plates don't slide around the bar without significant pertubation of form, which may occur for a beginner but probably never with this lifter.

  • @niroopg it's just a matter of safety. if something were to happen, say one of his hands slipped, and all the left side plates came slipping off, all of the weight on the right side would come clashing down onto the right side of his body, and probably fracture or break a rib.

  • @Spacecowboyy huh? the plates are no where close to his body. In fact, clamping the plates would make it near impossible to get the bar off his chest if an accident were to happen (unless you had 2 side spotters). Unclamped weights allow you to get to one side and dump the weight off the bar.

  • @tivald bc clamps are unsafe,,,,1) clamps force the plates to remain stationary even when the lift is unbalanced aka cause shoulder injuries...2) clamps keep the weight on which means in case of emergency the lifter cant flip the bar to one side and even if the lifter does so the plates will crush him bc theyre stuck on the bar....

  • @gheemunniept2 never thought of that. i feel stupid.

  • my goal is to hit 2 plates under 130 pounds im currently 127 and max out at plate and 35

  • @kyze12 I max flat bench 2 plates and decline 250...But im 250 6"2' freshman in highschool

  • Luckily he has "Love Song" playing in the background to help get the rage flowing lol.

    Nice, pretty damn solid set.

  • lol

  • He only has to move it a couple inches cause he has chodes for forearms.

  • Nice!!!! i understand ......

  • great lifts, what does he weigh?

  • i just did it for the first time and i got 385 im working on 405 probably in a month or to

  • dam he got some SHORT ass fore arms

  • very impressive.

  • thats sick, i jsut hit 205 on decline today and i weigh 145

  • no dude i think thats real weight. Just because he does it so easy does not make it fake. The guy is just really strong on benchpress. I am sure everyone else would agree with me as well on this that the weight is real indeed.

  • its real

  • Fake plates usually come in a shitty looking silver. Just look up a woman doing 495 on an incline for reps and the guys doing "585" for 20+ reps. Those are fake plates. This is the real deal.

  • very impressive, you got an extra plate on either side and can do the same as me.

  • dude, that's just crazy you can rep 405...props!!!

  • Such power! How did you get up to this level of strength? You look like you weigh in between 240-260, so it's very impressive. Great job man.

  • dude you sound like your on dbz or somethin lol

  • haha clutch comment

  • clutch?

  • Nice job Bro!
