soccer requires alot of practice my friend. i play rep and it is really hard. as per balancing the ball try to do some very basic tricks. like eg stoping a slow ball, an airball etc... skills and techniques can be performed after you master the playing positions and the ball control. try to run with the ball, put some cones if needed..
