YEah unfortunately with the filipino national anthem you can't change how to sing it. There's a law now that you can go to jail if you change it. I hope the president will allow it to be sang like the American national anthem because Charice could've sang it different and way better than she did. I love Charice!!!!

Charice did a wonderful job in singing the Philippine anthem. She kept it simple and stayed true to the melody of the song. Congratulations to Manny Pacquiao for once again bringing glory to the Filipino people. Shane Mosley was evidently surprised that he was knocked down. He never expected Pacman to do that to him. After what happened in the 3rd round he decided to fight defensively. I think both boxers deserve a pat on the back. And these guys are both gentlemen and good friends. :-)

Yea, Charice sung is with simplicity. On the first time she sang the National Anthem in the Philippines I think, she did some 'style' to it. But she got criticised for not singing it 'properly'. You know how the media are like in the Philippines. But good job to Charice since she took the advice to sing it 'properly'.

Charice did great and sang the real tune of the song, She was pretty and very simple wearing white gown. I saw the fight, Mosley was very surprised when he was knocked down because only to boxers did it to him Wrinkey Wright in Middleweight division and Vernon Forrest . That was long time ago even Mayweather never managed to knocked him down. My guess when Mosley felt Pacquiaos punched he decided to box defensively. After 30 min. hardwork he´ll collect 5 mill. payday without being punched.

Yeah Mike, Philippine National Anthem is not meant to be sung differently. It is illegal. That's why Charice sang it without modifying the tune and the style. Yes, she was beautiful! Thanks for this immediate update :-) You are the man! Good night na lang sa 'yo!
