I'm looking to switch to some real turntables as sooon as possible, so ill be able to get some real practice lol

Hey man, would you recommend this as a first piece of equipment for someone trying to learn scratching / juggling? Or go straight for actual turntables (equip'ed with Traktor Pro perhaps?) and just gain experience with the real deal if you got the $ for it?

Would you say given more time and experience, someone could scratch confortably with the Total Control?

Yea i would recommend getting the NTC if you are a real beginner and then move up to the vinlys

Hey!! the omni is really nice its like bullet proof. It's great for mixing, efx, and sampling. It works flawlessly with vdj IF u get the good mapper. Considering how damn good u are at scratching on the total control, scratching on the omni for u would be much easier. Overall its great, and you should check it out

omni isn't good for scratching never used the total control but i have tried on the omni and believe me its not good. if you scratch and take your hand off the jog wheel, there is a slight pause before it plays if this makes any sense
