I have two books for you that will help you see throught the bullshit. One, Hegemony and Surival, and Two, Failed States, by Noam Chomsky. Then read "civilization and its Discontents" by Freud. Finally "The Moral Animal" by Richard Wright. And lastly any book by Stephen Jay Gould. Then you'll achieve a degree of clarity that it is apparent you don't have... but you are cute.
I can understand the loyalty to Israel from Jews all around the World but I cant understand the lack of criticism and even support when Israel clearly are in the wrong. When we sent UK soldiers to Iraq I was fuming, there was no WMD and most people knew that even before we went to war. Where is the criticism for example of the recent strike (an act of war) by Israel on Syria?
To make this short, it is more importnat to focus on our collective future as citizens of one planet, than being Iranians, Jewish, Japanese, Americans... As an Iranian, After 1979,we (Iranians) developed a better appreciation for freedom of thought and choice and what the Jews were warning us about. Now, not only I feel a connection with my Iranian past, but more importantly, I have a deeper appreciation about our COLLECTIVE future/Conections with ALL people.
My grandmother was Native American; and seeing her filled with so much hate towards people from other countries really pushed me away from that heritage. Growing up around immigrants from China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Russia, Saudi Arabia whom were all supported by the government made me feel great because they all were happy to be here. (you are sounding louder)
When she died in 2000 (at age 92) my only hope was that she could have seen the world through my eyes - as a more unified place. As I get older I'm begining to feel just a hint of the loss she felt. You know, there is the world we are born into, the world we make, and the world we die in.
no tax money went to the IRA, and there was no Irish foreign lobby that had a big hand in foreign policy. so i have no problem with rich jews giving money, but i dont want to give any of my money
well if that is true, why did I meet Gerry Adams twice when I was working for a Congressman he was their to lobby, and my NEw York Congressman wanted to have photos taken with him. Why? Because of his Irish American constituents.

Israel has a open public dialogue. You are misinformed. Israel is widely criticized by the world.

You sound quite ignorant.
Maybe you should have seen the world through HER eyes.
