  • The English Language is a language with forked tongues, some words have contradictory meanings between the common use and the legal use. This forked definition causes much to be ill informed and also takes away the validity of an agreement via knowledgeable consent. For a contract to be binding it must be with knowledgeable consent. Don't try and pull the wool over our eyes, we know the truth now, and if you persist you will eventually end up with less than nothing if you are lucky.

  • 10 years is a long time, wahine! I'm sure there were changes in the bill. Like the bill forbids Hawaiians from pursuing their claims in court, etc! Should something like this or other changes should be brought to Hawaii for pubic hearings for opinions and comments about the changes?

    Before it gets passed, THERE SHOULD BE HEARINGS!
