I seen one of those 2 months ago...right above dupree SD..me and my mom seen it..then like a week later we seen it again..looked exactly like your video only this one was moving south then north..just back and forth .. then just disappeared .. it was freaky and we weren't sure what we were seeing...

that very well could be a military drone but don't they test those things in restricted airspace or privately? Especially, if we are not know of it until productin. You would think but with government crazier things have happened. Local air would have had a time with that, maybe another Roswell right in our backyard. Anyway, I guess it must have been a super secret military drone flying in public or open air. That's the most sensible explanation so far.
Man, I miss everyone in Eagle Butte. I think what your looking at is a UA military air drone. We see them a lot here in Montana and parts of Wyo. The F22 Raptor and the UAV RQA1 Predator were tested in SD, ND and MT according to an article in my local newspaper.

I saw the same thing on the same day, but it was two of them traveling from the west to the east ( I live in NW suburb of Chicago). It definately wasant a plane and it was around 835-845pm
My kids and I have seen this phenomena all summer. During the 4th of July it appeared just as the Fireworks display was ending, showing up in different locations around Eagle Butte.
