  • Nice sound but too hurried.... It is sung slowly and more prayerfully.

  • It may well be sung slower at your church, but it certainly isn't at mine. I am organist at six churches & all of them have different tempo requirements. There is no right & wrong in this...I simply do as I am told - that way I keep my job!

    off fairly softly & build up towards the last verse.

  • I start off with,Flute 4ft & Stp diap 8ft on the Great coupled to the swell with Lieblich gedact 8ft & Salicional 8ft, & Pedal, Bourdon 16ft, & towards the last verse full swell,with no reeds for this one, of course this can be varied.
