  • GO ON LAD! i live next door to one of these arseholes (cpo) she's a right bitch and thinks she owns the street harrasses me thru the wall and shouts at ppl walking past, shouts at taxi drivers for beeping, its rediculous, power to the people!

  • That guys being an IDIOT! The police are being polite and trying to ask him to stop and explaining that it's invading the drunk mans privacy/ dignity. They only started to ask his details because he was being cocky!

  • @KikisChica i agree completely

  • @KikisChica no one cares, they dont have the right to ask him them details nor harrass him....

  • @TheGym4life No one cares about what? They gave him ample opportunity to go and mind his own but he persisted!

  • @KikisChica looks like one of those idiots who got nothing better to do.

  • blah blah.. "was da law i broken innit?"

    these monkeys should be deported

  • @sugars83 Shut up prick.

  • @LecceDiPane your dad is a prick.. ill fuck your sister you wasteman lefty scum unwashed dog.

  • @sugars83 I don't have a sister. But I did fuck your dad................ up the arse.

  • @LecceDiPane thats good my dad is bi.. your sister/mum is the same person.. how is ipswich?

  • in my area, pcso walk in twos up the main road once a day,all the other streets might as well not exist, laughable

  • hey dude......... fair fcuking play to you! you took no shit, good man

  • its not a criminal offence to not give your details unless they arrest you being PCSOs they cant unless with a proper police officer. you have the right not to answer questions and give details under Rice V Connolly you can ignore a police officers request unless they arrest you with something however the arrest must be reasonable suspicion (evidence) and not instinct. They only need your details when they arrest you for a report which they write out if arressted.

  • It never ceases to amaze just how many police officers and pcso's do not know the law regarding filming in public.

  • Connor1802 Shallow and assuming like the prick officer WIGHT88I didn't get the impression the lad wit the footage IS NOT BEING A GOBBY LIL KID. I think he did right.. He hadn't committed a CRIME.. Don't we pay to have a police force to protect us not waste time.

  • filthy pig cunts, i wanna throw nitric acid into there faces, 5.99 on amazon if anyone is interested

  • Know your rights people:

    ASK THESE

am i obliged to answer that?

what are you stopping me for?

am i being detained or am i free to go?

under what law am i obliged to give you my details.

Your not obliged to answer anything

  • @SUNNNYTV

You forgot... "Is that an order or a request?"

If request you can say no....

  • oh man this is one of the best videos I have seen lately man, I live in Leicester also and I am sure I have seen that smug twat PCSO walking around. Well done mate for standing your ground. We need to educate more people how to stand up to them. Great ending man... 'go learn the law...faggots'

    Massive thumbs up

  • Why were you taking pictures of them anyway it is a bit weird and they do have the right to question you its not like they were being racist anyway you failed because you didnt respect them so you stfu

  • nice one I hate them fancy dress police, they think there othorative ha its funny ,that bald bloke is a right walker.

  • GOOD FOR YOU, just because your a student they don't take you seriously. Well down for standing your ground.

  • Go learn your law man.. classic

  • You're a joke.

You can't talk about your rights and ignore the officers rights (as a human) to not be filmed himself.

    You're a hypocrite.

  • @MrLuckyLex

"ignore the officers rights (as a human) to not be filmed himself"

He has no right in law not to be filmed.

  • @smallblueclouds

UK law is unclear on privacy in public areas under the human rights act but still the whole point is why this guy felt the need to take a picture of the 4 officers.

The police are allowed to ask question, they are allowed to stop you under the Terrorism act and yet the guy got pissed at the officer, even though he was shoving the camera in the officers face.

I'm all for rights but I'm with the police- this guy was being an arse for no reason.

  • @MrLuckyLex

    > "UK law is unclear on privacy in public areas"

UK law (re: reasonable expectation of privacy) is clear, a police officer has no reasonable expectation of privacy in a public place, it is not an offence to film a police officer in a public place.

    > "allowed to stop you under the Terrorism act"

Only if there are reasonable grounds, owning and using a mobile phone / camcorder is not reasonable grounds. There is nothing here to suggest terrorism, the officers were in the wrong.

  • @MrLuckyLex

    You're stupid.

He has no right in law to stop someone filming him in a public place.

    You're a sheep.

  • Comment removed

  • @PouriaLDN

He can stop whoever he wants under the Terrorism act and search them too. He has to have an actual police officer with him but in the picture it wasn't 4 PCSO's, it was 3 and an actual Police Constable. So he could have if he wanted too.

My point is the officer asked a fair question, the guy in the video was being a dick for no reason. End of.

  • @MrLuckyLex He can stop and search under terrorism act but that would be abusing their power! there is nothing indicating to terrorism about taking a picture

  • @PouriaLDN

Still could've gone through the guys photo's if he wanted too.

I understand the overall point of being able to take a photo/video in a public place but the guy in the video took a picture of the officers for no reason what so ever!!! I'd ask if some randomer took a picture of me. I don't understand why its so hard to believe the officers reaction.

  • @MrLuckyLex I understand what your saying, but maybe he wanted the officer to react and see if its just a reaction the way you describe it or does he react in a way that he thinks because he is a police officer he can make his own laws and try and control you by lying about the law.

  • Yes bruv, good on you man

  • lmfao !! that PIG dont even know tha law that states u can film in a public place! ant he ever heard ove cops with cameras ??? JOKER lol

  • Was that photo really worth the hassle?

  • why dont these monkeys go back to muuzy countries and act like this?

theyll get blown to smithereens. RESPECT where you are. fucking monkeys... if i was that PCSO i wouldve gassed you, took your phone and smashed it. then stamped on your testicles..

  • Indoctrinated liars

  • lol clearly you didnt have anything better to do than cause trouble with your latest camera phone !

next week you may get mugged and this pcso who you claim and i quote " chats shit " will be helping you out. Then you will be left dangling of his nut sack, perhaps you should think about your own actions before questioning the actions of people who simple have the safety of the public in mind !

  • shutup you paki respect england bud bud ding ding; its haveing moral respect

  • @Connor1802 Doing England proud pal. Haveing? You rasict illiterate mug.

  • @sonofbruce79

... because he fucking feels like it.

  • community support officer? i thought it was an offence to impersonate a policeman.....

  • Homophobe!

  • actually, saying "shit" in public is illegal, so is calling someone a faggot. im surprised they didnt say anything about the only illegal things you did do.

  • @martyg565 Swearing in public is not illegal, so the "shit" remark was okay, however the "faggot" remark was not, as it was aimed at someone.

  • The police force is a neccessary evil as without one it would be anarchy - Imagine a world without them and then you find out your new neighbour is Mike tyson and his entorage , playing music very loudly they tell you they are going to move the garden fence over to where it really belongs - what you gonna do then !! sweet f all or you could cover ya face and film them while they kick ya head in - Our coppers are the best in the world and although not perfect are goood .

  • They have a job to do and it doesnt help when they spot younger people filming them , 25 yrs ago they ( coppers ) would of dragged you into the back of a transit and battered you ! but they wouldnt of booked ya , just let you go - now unfortunately everythings filmed which means just the opposit , including bookings and arrests . seems to me the short sharp retort of yesteryear was better

  • @nobbytang The SS had a job to do as well.

  • no one likes a paki espesically the pigs

  • Basically, its a video of an annoying paki trying to wind up police. hope they gave you a good kicking off camera.

  • well donr for standing up to the plastic pigs

  • Ide love to see the guy who recorded this and knock him the fuck out, respect that British law or FUCK OFF!

  • @Brappznd Your smart clearly. Love how you use a capital for British but you cant spell I'd. Maybe the police should respect the law?

Learn the law, learn to spell, or FUCK OFF!

  • leave the cop alone idiot.

  • Well done for standing up to them! I hope you filed a complaint, mate.

  • @alexpounder

He'll get out when you get out of his country? (Pakistan, Afghanistan , MiddleEast).

    You bastard.

    Learn the law.

He can record all he wants.

  • @alexpounder

Have you graduated? Anyone is allowed to film public property. Don't need to go to Law school for that.

You're inbred. Your life = the pub and Your fathers location = unknown.

  • @alexpounder

    There was no obstruction.

South East London. I'm begging you to come.

  • @PrankCallersTeam Did I say I dare YOU TO COME? oh yes I did Get up here bitch

  • @alexpounder

So patriotic. But don't even have a GCSE in English.

  • @PrankCallersTeam Yes I do. I also have an A Level in English. I don't see you have any qualifications. You're probably just some child on the internet who thinks he's big and strong. I have no problems with that, you were probably miss-treated with your parents. You haven't exactly used correct English so don't try and criticize me. Its the fucking Internet.

  • @alexpounder

Not using correct English? You're an idiot. Happen to be doing a degree in Engineering soooooo....Suck out bitch.

  • damn plonkers

  • Disgusting muslims

  • ive delt with that guy before the fuck prick

  • jheezz, police in this country need to learn the law and stop trying to make up laws.

  • What a clown. You'd be the first to bleat to the cops if you were in trouble. I hope if you do need them they're far too busy having to deal with a waste of space like you to turn up.

  • A "Request" means you can decline :) listen to how many time the officer said

    " i am requesting" haha

  • Most normal blokes in that PCSO uniform would have smashed the granny out of the cocky gobshite, obviously these were two family men that didn't want to lose their jobs, nothing but sympathy for them. Fingers crossed a proper copper truncheons the scrote to an inch of his worthless life, bound to happen soon... mate, those coppers and all other decent coppers KNOW WHAT YOU ARE

  • @WIGHT88 Clearly you're an idiot. The guy that made this video was acting in his rights and had every right to do so. Think before you speak.

  • @Kris0203

Clearly you are a twat. The gobby little kid that made this video has no rights and will soon be made aware of this in the not too distant future along with the rest....

Didn't realise I had spoken and not written you fucking thick twat.

  • he is right, it is NOT illegal to take pictures or videos in a public place. these community support officers obviously do not know the law.

  • sissys

  • You see, he REQUESTS that means you can deny it haha

  • To sum it up you shouldn't take photos of people without there permision. You can though they also have the right to file a complaint. By the looks of it all they did was ask you why? and if you would stop so you burst into your rights which if you did take a photo of him is narrow minded and stupid. If someone cop or not doesnt want you to film them dont its simple. If you make a scene that can count was public disorder and result in them taking your details.

  • It's NOT against the law to take pictures or to record in public. The PCSO needs to learn the law, if at most they would try and enact a fine under a certain public act. But acts are just legislates 'rules of society given the force of law by consent of governed' and do NOT have to be accepted.

  • i rate you well done for doing that and there fucking cunts sss

  • Hahaha, I love seeing PCSO's getting owned. They have no powers at all, they can't arrest people and if they lay a finger on you it's assault. They are all nothing but jumped up busy bodies, this video is awesome! lol

  • they was taking turns to tea bag

him 9 out of 10 police officers rape the men they find drunk down a back alley.

  • @iidoubledrop by the way i'm not a "paki".. but u probably see all brown skinned people as "pakis" cuz ur a ignorant f*cker like that.. get off my page u wasteman

  • does anyone know the law?

  • @viberer123 so what if i was with a muslim? and who u calling a monkey u racist cunt.. i wasnt provoking him.. he approached me, not vice versa so stfu

  • @round8eret By LAW, it's allowed to take a picture of anything that is clearly visible from public space. If ANYONE can see it at any time with no restraints you can film it. For commercial usage you need a permit but for personal stuff you can take a picture. People faces is another story. Someone can be under witness protection program and you would then get "him" into trouble, so every citizen has right to prevent his picture being taken. At least I think so.

  • @viberer123 Youre a fucking moron

  • @viberer123 No you are wrong, the guy was within in rights to film in a public place and he did not have to give his name or details either. The police officer was abusing his power and he didn't even know any laws to quote. The PC cannot enforce any law especially if he cannot even quote it.

  • they think they have the same power as the cops, they are police wannabes.

  • @DRP996 mate you are a wannabe... try doing their job! dont think you will last half a minute

  • @viberer123 When i was 18 i was a special and forced into it for 3 years, i speak from experience, you don't. Shut it.

  • @DRP996 when i was 18 i did you mum in the back of my car...now that experience right there *thumbs up* :)

  • @viberer123 You just lost the argument right there. If your going to insult me on the internet, atleast understand the difference between "you" and "your". Then, you have to add the "is an" experience" .

  • @DRP996 look every '1' we have an english student ERE and a reject from the police department...oooh mister officer who got molested by pigs and then forced 2 leave haha....on ure BYKE son no one cares bout you :)

and this AINT an argument loool bye

  • @viberer123 Now i have made you look like a retard, you then try and show everyone that your even more of an idiot. I hate the Police but was forced into a special. Do you even know what a special is? Nothing to do with the Police you idiot. Its about dealing with the general public and thinking outside the box. Now, i am no English student and no Poice officer, just someone that gave you a virtual slap online.

  • Excellent work, my friend. You were right: they had no grounds to stop you filming them or to demand your name. You're one courageous dude.

  • Im all for the police getting put in there place...

But honestly... Im seeing a pattern.

It seems all these videos that are rising that "prevoke the police" into telling us our rights and argueing with them, are all coming from...... Pakis, Immigrants, muslims and blacks.

There is a reason for this... Maybe finally they have understood that the words "iz it cos i iz blak bruv"

    dont help them.

  • these drunk mother fukaz are public disorder they shuda arrested the palava! but no they wanted to help him coz hes a WHITE man in a WHITE WORLD :)

  • lol faggots!!!....heheh

  • God, I quess you came across some bad Pcsos, I can say that not all Pcsos act in that way, Just like Police constables you have good and bad, no need for the swearing dow chaps, a good Pcso would of warned you re your swearing. Good Video dow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the prik was a drunk nuisance.....and hes not the problem? wat a waste!

  • why were you taking pics of a person that wasnt feeling well? they were just being morally just, and you were being unreasonable.

  • @zzzaaa09900 i seen the drunken man on the main road outside a shop half an hour earlier with 1 pcso.. when i was passing by again there were 4 pcso's and he was moved to a quite side street/alley so i took a pic.. as u can see from the pic at the start of the clip u cant see the drunk mans face anyway

  • @round8ere but you couldve been just polite, they were just looking out for the mans privacy and you were just being unreasonable again.

  • @zzzaaa09900 they didnt give a shit about the mans privacy.. initially they were complaining about me taking a pic of them.. ONLY AFTERWARDS the other pcso tried using "the mans privacy" line

    watch the clip again

  • @round8ere i think you did right!! i dont know who they think they are! they dont even have any real powers of arrest. its ok for them to film you ie; traffic wardens ect - but we dont have the right to film them? fuuuukkkkkooooffffffffffffffffffff!!! hypocrisy at its finest

  • @zzzaaa09900 "they were just looking out for the mans privacy"

Actually, they cared more about themselves being filmed then the drunk man that you couldn't see. The video was filmed away from the drunk guy so his privacy was maintained.

  • @round8ere

    Blonkers! Love it!

  • @zzzaaa09900 You are a total slave to power and a hypocrite. He had every right to take footage on the street. Have you ever read a newspaper or mag with pictures of celebrities and politicians etc in it? How do you think those photos came about? How were the police being 'morally just' in harassing this guy? They were not looking out for the drunk man's privacy. They were just acting arbitrarily, excessively and totally illegally

  • Dude I hope you made complaints against these fuckwits

  • utube dean clifford

when u play the proper role u dont have to follow statutues if they cant show contract and renumeration or consideration statutes only apply to people working in a trustee position for the govt entities ie the named trust tha is on the birth certificate
