  • P2 conclusion - If you want the US out of oil-banking-crime business you have to get off its addiction to oil (build Fusion power with EU & Japan) you have to get the Saudi-Binladen & Israeli lobbies out of the US & other western countries - starve the beast of its social-economic & political connections which protect it, you have to do the same with US based crime families like Exxon-mobile & Haliburton; no organised crime can survive the law without political protection.

  • I do support the US having a limited foreign policy, there are just as many of Ron Paul's statements I agree with as disagree with - his views on the EU I find particularly strange as the US constitutional movement is what the EU often emulates - the rationalism of the video is justified but a distinction must be made - US is a great civilisation forged in 1776 - which is what this video is trying to invoke but Saudi-Binladen crime families are neo-feudalists they will not respect US boarders

  • @infokemp all past US presidents were pro Saudi, since the biggest export of Saudi government is money. Where money is involved we can afford to be hypocritical and not respect US voters and their needs.

  • This made me cry...

  • Sick video

  • Just a reminder that 4 years ago, people said the exact same thing about Obama! Now, the Nobel prize laureate is the most fanatical defender of state secrecy, the use of force and presidential power...

I will believe Ron Paul if he gets elected and actually lives up to his campaign promises. Until then, they are just words, as refreshing as they might be!

  • @dojinho They are not just words, they are words that the man has been saying for 30 years. The man speaks the truth, he knows what he is talking about. Ron Paul is our last hope.

  • @Zionikk Dear person,

There is a huge difference between promises and actions. Candidates make promises; that is what they do. Only the president can turn to actions... but they are under tremendous pressure from powerful interest groups, if they are indeed in charge at all.

You cannot call promises anything but "words" and expect to be taken seriously. I absolutely hope Paul gets to be the candidate for the republican party and it would be interesting to see where he goes from there!

  • @dojinho I might disagree with Paul on some issues, but you have to give to the man - he is consistent and his arguments make sense. Frankly, I believe that is the biggest problem Paul is facing - his arguments make sense and people know where he stands, whereas with other candidates there is to much unknown left out for individual interpretation. Elections seem to be about "whom do I disagree with the least".

  • @anonymousaccount Look, a lot of people put all their hope in Obama, which was actually the theme of his campaign. The result : an increase in war effort, an increase in shielding from public scrutiny (in the use of secrecy), an increase in the use of terror against non-military targets (that of course reflexively are counted as valid military targets!), a sharp increase in violations of the US constitution... Ron Paul is another politician! He seems promising but so did Obama!

  • Ron Paul is our last hope to get saved! He needs every vote!

Register republican and vote in the primaries!

  • @davetek490 ...you said "I think the point of the video is that the US is an empire" ...well history shows ALL such empires collapse into chaos, destruction and desolation. So enjoy your stated petty greeds of "profits and go on vacation/buy suv/flat screen, etc" for the very short period the US has left because change BROUGHT by your OWN HAND is coming to YOU

  • @davetek490 - if you actually "understood" and agreed with the video then you know that it states the TOTAL OPPOSITE to your world view. And while I respect your current Right to have such a view (ie your Constitutional right) I then despair for you & your country & therefore the world because if YOUR ideas represent the vast number of US citizens then I would suggest you're all brain dead, criminally insane & a morally bankrupt group of people - or perhaps the truth is u r just a govt TROLL...

  • I think back to when I were a younger man and realize just how utterly, freaking, manipulated, and duped I was. The one good thing Obama has done for me is to wake my butt up to the agenda.. now lets vote him out, get Ron in there and live large!

Republicans... vote Ron Paul, or you risk BO term 2 and it'll be your fault. Chew on that, 'cause we aren't budging..

  • Great Speech, it has already happened. Is called WALMART.

  • Brilliant work and message, I've never seen anything like it, real impact!!!

  • This is not about military overseas - it's about giving our power away and turning the other cheek. We have sold property and goods in the USA to foreign lands, with our thought - except how much money we put in our personal bank. We have had no integrity about sending our manufacturing and jobs out of this country - therefore out of our control. What we have left is a dangerous, vague emptiness. Our greatest danger is being invaded from within- and it has already begun!

  • Fabulous video and putting the shoe on the other foot.

  • I agree with the content of this video, but our entire way of life is made possible by our military might. The fact that the world is forced to use dollars for trading essential goods like oil is due to the USA's mighty military and resultant political influence. Is everyone else who agrees with it ready to give that up? To pay way more for importing everything, to ride mopeds to work/school everyday?

  • @davetek490 I ride a scooter to work every day. It's actually kinda fun!! :)

  • @davetek490 With all due respect, you're missing the bigger point here. You WILL give up hegemony- it's just a question of whose terms under which you do it.

  • @asbestosicould You're right that the current state of affairs is unsustainable. However, who is making the terms you speak of? TPTB? Foreign nations we've wronged?

It seems throughout history countries with some sort of fortuitous circumstances or through competitive advantage have become dominant, become empires, become fat and lazy, burned themselves out through the maintenance of their empire, and fallen. I think the point of the video is that the US is an empire.

  • @davetek490 - Do you realise what you're saying? ...."our entire [falsely entitled, self aggrandising, egoistic & extravagantly self centred] way of life is made possible by our military [muscle, intimidation & global terrorist operations]"! WTF Haven't you done any research - the puppet US government CREATES, manipulates & maintains its parasitic death grip on the globe via its MILITARY & CIA - & you stand proud and happy to see the blood & horror committed in your name for your benefit???!!!

  • @evermore8888 The US is an Empire, it is doing what all empires do. So since I agree with this video, I asked the question of how many people realise what agreeing with this message means. A lot of Americans still believe that we should "fight them over there so that we don't have to fight them over here." To me, that equates to "put down those barbarian uprisings so that I can max my profits and go on vacation/buy suv/flat screen, etc."

  • give 'em hell, dr. paul!

  • fuck america

  • Do you live in America?

  • @austeilenThere are no American bases in China or Russia. That is a very bad example. Imagine if America never intervened in Germany taking Hitler out.... Imagine Iran having a Nuclear weapon....

  • @jeffer77 Nukes are bargaining chips. Saddam didn't have any, Gaddafi didn't have any and they got destroyed, Iran saw the writing on the wall. The DPRK did manage to get a couple of nukes, and no one's touched them. Pakistan has nukes and they've even been able to kick the US out of one of our airbases there. It's a political tool only, any small state knows that if they ever use a nuke in anger they will be turned to glass.

  • @austeilenNot all of our bases overseas are necessary, i agree, but imagine if America never helped any foreign country and had no presence overseas.

  • @jeffer77 get the fuck out of my land, american terrorist foreign invader. put the US bases where the sun don't shine.

  • @austeilenWe and other countries are free because we have a badass military and country for now.... I feel no regret for my service overseas.

  • How the hell could you not like this video? COME ON! Oh, you are a Newt supporter. OK. Wake up!

  • Thousands of foreign troops are occupying America, ignoring the constitution. They are called cops and TSA.

  • i'm john lennon and i approve this message.

  • awesome ad...RP for president....the army is for defending america, not acting as the security and collections department of Big Oil and the rat's nest we call wall street

  • imagineer that!

  • Why have only 280 people listened to this brilliant speech?

  • @nodamnuse Because google can't afford the cpu cycles to update views but about every 30 minutes or hours or whatever

  • Now this is a fucking Advert. Put it on during Fox News.

  • Amazing job on this video I really liked it and thought it was a great speech
