the upper seats suck. the bus was at least 2 hours late coming into buffalo, this smelly fucker held up the bus at customs because he didn't have his correct documents for over 1hr 30 mins while another megabus passed us within 30 mins. going back into the u.s., customs got on the bus and had to retrieve a passenger that wasted more of my time.

Bullshit...the TVs were not on, the Wifi was not working, and the outlets had a raised edge around them, making them unusable for adapters. They also cancel randomly. The only good thing about Megabus is their drivers.
Megabus UK is brilliant, and the drivers are very skilful in the snow here. And megabus continued running while National Express cancelled its own services on Sat night, Dec 18 2010.

the bus drivers CAN'T drive at all. but it's a good deal. you can't find the same deal elsewhere for sure.
there was a fight when we went last time. 2 girls were fighting, and 1 girl got punched in the face =P
